The process from start to finish has been really smooth and having a tutor on hand is really useful. They are quick to respond both office and tutors and always happy to help. There are videos on the lessons as well which I find really handy as I learn by watching and seeing so they have been a really helpful tool. I have to juggle studying between working and having 3 kids so having the extra support of a tutor has been a godsend, especially on the evenings where my head is frazzled and I cant make sense of even the simple stuff, the tutors never judge and always offer words of support and guidance. A real pleasure to deal with and I will recommend in future to others. Also if you contact the office, every member of the team I have spoken with have gone above and beyond.

We are living in Central America and phoned Cloudlearn to confirm the exams could be taken where we live prior to paying for the courses only to find out after paying when trying to book the exams that most places only take Cambridge exams. Cloudlearn sells Edexcel courses. You may not be aware of this but there are different types of IGCSE's. Everywhere we have contacted seem to take Cambridge but none of them take Edexcel students.

I requested a refund due to being given insufficient information as we have nowhere to take the exams without bearing the expense of flights and hotels to another country where they take Edexcel students ie UK. Although Cloudlearn have now offered a refund, prior to this, all they and Edexcel Pearson did was to suggest places to research whether they accept private candidates or not. Cloudlearn does not have affiliated centres to take the exams outside of the UK, at least not in Central/ South America.

I don’t recommend you buy Edexcel courses as a private candidate abroad unless you have a confirmed centre that will accept your child to sit the exams beforehand..

I can’t say much at the moment because I only signed up for this course last week. However, it was super easy to register and pay for, and the first unit has been easy to follow, with clear explanations, short explanatory videos and reinforcing questions to do. As a long-standing maths-phobe, my confidence is growing already, and I’m thoroughly enjoying the course so far!

It was super easy to sign up for the course and a complete saviour for my journey to uni!!
