This review is not a review of our college.

The allegations made here describe an institution, services and practices that are not ours. We do not recognise the circumstances described by this reviewer and believe that this review has been posted against the wrong educational provider.

Among other things, the reviewer refers to alleged “degree mill” activities, university degrees, laboratories and a system designed to generate paid retakes. These statements do not accurately describe our institution or the education and qualifications we provide.

We have reported this review to Trustpilot and made clear that we believe it has been attributed to the wrong organisation. We are therefore extremely disappointed that Trustpilot has allowed such serious allegations to remain publicly associated with our college despite our challenge.

Reviews should relate to a genuine experience with the business whose profile they appear upon. Allowing a review concerning another organisation to remain attached to our profile is neither fair to our college nor helpful to prospective students who rely upon review platforms for accurate information.

We again ask Trustpilot to investigate properly whether this reviewer has ever been a student of our college and to remove the review if they cannot demonstrate that the experience described relates to us.

We take genuine student complaints seriously and will always investigate concerns raised by an identifiable student about an actual course or service provided by our college. What we cannot reasonably be expected to accept is a highly damaging public accusation of fraud and scamming that appears to concern an entirely different organisation.

We have conducted a full audit of our student records and email systems and can find no trace of you as a customer, nor any correspondence matching the issues described. In particular, there is no record of any enquiry left unanswered for “months”, as stated.

For transparency, all course inclusions—including the position on examination fees—are clearly outlined prior to enrolment. This is standard practice and not something that would come as a surprise after purchase.

We are, however, increasingly concerned by the number of unverified and untraceable reviews being published about our organisation, particularly following recent correspondence with Trustpilot regarding the handling and moderation of feedback on our profile.

If you are a genuine customer, we invite you to contact us directly with your full name, order reference, and the email address used so that we can investigate this properly and respond in detail. Until such information is provided, we must treat this review as unverified.

We will continue to challenge and formally dispute reviews that cannot be substantiated as genuine customer experiences.

We must respond clearly, as the statements made here are simply not accurate in relation to our provision.

Oxford College Online does not sell “self-study only” courses without tutor support. All of our full courses include structured tutor access, assignment submission, and marked feedback where applicable to the programme purchased. We do not advertise otherwise, and we do not operate a “materials only” model.

If a genuine enrolled student ever experiences difficulty accessing their tutor or submitting assignments, our customer services team responds promptly and resolves the matter. We are easily contactable by email and through the student portal, and we keep clear records of all active enrolments.

We also strictly adhere to UK consumer law and our published refund policy. Where a student is within the statutory cooling-off period, refunds are processed in accordance with those legal requirements.

As previously stated, we cannot locate any record matching the details in this review. When we say someone is “not a client”, it is because there is no enrolment under the name or information provided. We would never dismiss a genuine student seeking support.

If this reviewer (or their son) is in fact enrolled with us, we invite them to contact us directly with an order reference so we can investigate immediately and resolve any concerns.

Oxford College has supported thousands of distance-learning students over many years, and we remain committed to transparent, tutor-led education with proper academic support.

This review is not from one of our registered students and is entirely false. Oxford College does not and has never issued County Court Judgments (CCJs) against students — doing so without formal warning would in any case be illegal, and no such record exists. All our course materials are reviewed and updated on a rolling two-year cycle to maintain accuracy and relevance. Unfortunately, it appears that this review has been posted by a competitor attempting to discredit our reputation. the review writer has suggested that a person look into the other reviews, clearly done by this same group that are not students with this college, but simply interested in leaving questionable reviews to bring our rating down. In the last 2 months this has been an unreasonable onslaught. It is suspitious that we had such a favourable rating before the last two months. Clearly this is not a reasonable set of reviews.
