Shocking experience
Shocking experience. They quoted me a certain amount online and after doing their evaluation they offered me £5 for a Samsung S22 phone in excellent condition. Actually an insult! I'm also trying to contact them on whatsapp to arrange for my device to be returned and conveniently they don't respond.

It would be nice if the video is sent to WhatsApp or via email as you cannot even view the video again. Total scam. I have video evidence of my phone so I will need to speak to your customer service as no one is responding to me.

Awful company
I sent my iPhone 13, less than two years old and in good condition for a £190 trade in. They said it was damaged and the camera had a fault and counter-offered £50. Utter rubbish - unless they damaged it! I asked for my phone back by email a number of times and despite them suggesting they reply with one day, I had no reply. Today I phoned and am now waiting for my phone to be returned - for which they charged me £10.75. I would rather give my phone away than let them keep it for a pittance!
