I sent my iPhone 13, less than two years old and in good condition for a £190 trade in. They said it was damaged and the camera had a fault and counter-offered £50. Utter rubbish - unless they damaged it! I asked for my phone back by email a number of times and despite them suggesting they reply with one day, I had no reply. Today I phoned and am now waiting for my phone to be returned - for which they charged me £10.75. I would rather give my phone away than let them keep it for a pittance!
