Very disappointing
Very disappointing. My gift card had only just expired, but Prezzee refused any extension or goodwill reissue.
I accept it was technically expired, but having zero discretion means they simply keep the unused value. Free money for them, and a very poor customer experience.

Old problem solved quickly and efficiently
I had received a gift voucher for a faulty product but when I came to find it, I couldn't access it and was "told" it had been activated. I knew I hadn't spent it, so I eventually tried asking for help in locating it and was pleasantly surprised how it was found with the help of Rey on the chat-line.

I used a prezee card to buy a sortment…
I used a prezee card to buy a sortment of gift cards. 1 was a 7Eleven gift card.
When i went to use the card the store said the numbers were invalid. I reached out to prezzee support and I've had no response back. I now have dead money sitting there.
Support is useless.

Too easy to get the wrong voucher from…
Too easy to get the wrong voucher from first time customer. When attempted to contact customer service, whilst they did respond each person gave different answers. The issue was to swap the voucher for a correct one, which I was told I could, it never materialsed and was left with no resolution, care factor or follow up to help ensure the voucher was changed.

After reviewing your account, we can see that the gift card was successfully swapped to the Bing Lee brand on 5 August 2026. We understand there may have been some confusion during the process, and we apologize if the information provided by our support team was not consistent.
Please note that the gift card includes two options: "Keep it this card" or "Swap it to another brand". This means that Prezzee card have the flexibility to exchange to a range of available brands, including Bing Lee.
