Gift recipient hit with additional charges
It is a bit rough when someone sends you a $100 gift card and when you order the card you are informed that it costs an additional $5.45 to get the $100 gift card.
Not sure if I missed it earlier but I only became aware of the additional charges at the checkout.
I don't think I would use this service for gifts.

After receiving a gift card and trying to use it , to be told their " system is down" could be 24 hours or more ???
Won't give you any time frame over the phone , wont investigate the issues .

They had this promotion where the fees are waived for digital visa card, but it turns out the GST for the fees are not.

During this promotion, the card purchase fee was waived in full. However, GST is a government-applied tax that forms part of goods and services purchased in Australia and cannot be waived or removed. While the card fee was waived, GST remained payable on that amount, which typically ranged from around $0.50 to $1 depending on the gift card value.

Ordered card for a birthday party
Ordered card for a birthday party, expecting instantaneous delivery. 24hrs later, still nothing received.
Initial email address provided is a “do not reply” address. Website provides alternative contact details.
Phone number was answered by someone who told me that the transaction was flagged as fraudulent, that despite the money being debited from my account, my bank had withheld the money (it didn’t) and that’s why the card had not been provided.
I could wait 2-3hrs while the agent sent an email stating they had now verified my ID (how? They did nothing to verify my details) or I could cancel the transaction and have the money returned.
None of this sounds legit. Waiting for money to be returned.

Purchased multiple cards from them then the one time I went to get a card for my partner they flagged the order/my whole account as fraud, claiming delivery address did not match when it did, take your business elsewhere
