Not a great experience
While the problem was resolved, which I am thankful for, I was kept waiting with no responses for quiet a while and with no warning. Anthony never responded to my questions or answers, just asked for a code number, asked for the code number again, then after I waited for quiet a while and asked if everything was ok or if he could help me he still didn't respond until later when he simply asked my email and then said the card was sent. There was no hello, or goodbye, no interaction or explanation. I felt like I was inconveniencing him by asking for help

Customer service are great
The help bot is useless, but the customer service agents are great! My most recent experience was with AndyB, who fixed a tricky issue for me that was not a prezzee issue but an email one.
Overall this is a good service I use it all the time.
