They sent the product, it was lower quality than expected. But then they sign you up for a recurring subscription without notifying you and without your consent. There is nothing about it during checkout, there are no receipts for it, and there are no emails about it. But about 20 days after your initial purchase you will start having a $29.99 recurring fraudulent charge on your credit card. If you navigate to the Slumberkiddies Loyalty page, you can eventually get to the cancellation page. The phone number listed is silent when they answer and then hangs up. This company is a scam.

*ZERO STARS* I was charged $29.99 for a monthly membership that I did not knowingly sign up for. They refused to provide a full refund and made me cancel the membership myself. I also seriously question whether many of the positive comments are genuine. Stay away from this company. They are definitely running a rebilling scheme.

I believe they are running a rebilling scam. I initially bought a shirt, got it very timely, good product, no problems. Then 20 days later I got another charge for $30. I asked the company, they said it was for a subscription service. I never signed up for this, I don't remember seeing it at all on the initial purchase from the website. I went back to the website and tried to buy another product and at checkout, I confirmed there was nothing on there about signing up for a subscription service. They refused to refund me either. This is obviously a rebilling scam, beware any future customers.

Made me purchase a $30 "upgrade your order" item when checking out without my knowledge. It has been over 2 weeks since I purchased and tracking has shown no updates. I hope you are reading these reviews before I did!!

I had a great experience and found a lot of nice toys I can get for my grandchildren for birthdays and Christmas.

I had difficulty checking out and couldn’t determine if my order had gone through multiple times. Then there were several popups that appeared and the language they used were misleading and I accidentally ordered more than I wanted or intended.

My experience with survey was very easy and to the point and the photos were very colorful for the products

THEY TRIED TO CHARGE $10 ON MY ACCOUNT 3x AND MY BANKS FRAUD SYSTEM WAS ALERTED. They also snuck an extra $20 charge in there that I did NOT authorize. I filed a claim with my bank.
Then they don't answer their emails on the matters. This company is to be reported.

This company is awful. While I did receive my product and it works decently for the price, it arrived after a few delay emails. Then I received “out for delivery” emails for several days after receiving the product which was confusing because there no tracking number to see what it was. Maybe the promised gift card that never came? Turns out they charge a $30 membership fee on all products that is NEVER STATED anywhere when purchasing an item. They refuse to refund it besides a ridiculous 20%. Again, this was never stated anywhere. I would understand if it were stated somewhere but now I basically spent $60 on a bad Chinese knockoff product. Do not order from this company!

Terrible experience. I purchased an item one time and they said it would come with a free book and a $15 giftcard. Instead, they sneakily sign you up for a $30 subscription. They wouldn't acknowledge my SEVERAL requests to receive a refund and wouldn't cancel it for me.

Instead, they sent a link to a website I've never been to where I could cancel the subscription myself. The entire thing was so unsettling and underhanded. I immediately requested a chargeback from my bank. I won't buy anything from them again and certainly won't be recommending them.
