As soon as I ordered a dog leash and put my credit card information in my bank alerted me that there was fraud charges the charges were higher than there were different companies exactly the same amount about double the price of what I was going to pay for my product

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. COMPLETELY UNTRUSTWORTHY! I was charged unauthorized and I'm going charges that I did not sign up for when I ordered, similar to what most other reviewers reported. In addition, they make a big claim of receiving orders by the next day most of the time and being a US company. My items came from China and took a long time to arrive. I would have never ordered from this company if I had known that. And of course, the scams and unauthorized charges from many different names include seronline, retryresc, abevault. I saw reviews after I ordered my items but I still didn't think it would happen to me. It did.

Incredibly tricky!! Ordered a small rubber cell phone holder for dash of car. Got it!! But when I checked my credit card statement, I saw I was charged $9.99 for an unidentified purchase and then three days later $39.99 for another unidentified amount. I called an 800# and spoke to "Henry" who said he would remove charges. So far only one charge has been removed. NEVER WOULD I ORDER FROM "BELRO.COM" So slimy!

How do this company allowed to operate in the US?!

Ordered 3X received the item, it barely fit my wife who is 135 lbs. Unfortunately there were not any instructions.

Horrible company. Overcharged me by $70. I got most of it back. I called about the remaining balance that needs to be refunded, and the guy hung up when I asked for it. I wish I could give a zero rating.

I did it again, ordered something from Belro, pop on dentures and received a piece of plastic that you would get for Halloween. Called several times and was told that i had to pay to return item. Sent email with photo of ad stating free returns only to get an offer of 40% to keep item and i rejected the offer. Would of took 70% just to get them out of my life. After a couple of weeks, no refund or emails. Called twice on the same day and was rudely hung up on by customer service. Lesson learnt. Always, Always fact check products especially from Google play gaming ads. Great pitch from supplier, horrible products and customer service when you express your concerns.

Ordered a backup camera for $ 34. It did not work as expected. They would only offer a 35% return so i got back $8.74. Crooks and scammers!

Over charged my card for something else. No one responded to the support email, I called the help number and the first time the call went through to a person and once I explained I wanted to get refund they hung up. The second time I called they didn't answer and sent me to voicemail where the box was full. Nice scam!

I wish I'd found these reviews before buying. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! Double charged me $9.99 for protection I didn't want. Had to cancel my bank card. Both charges were eventually reversed when I emailed their customer service.

Tracking has said for two days that package is out for delivery. When I called Belro about it, I had to talk to multiple people who either gave bad info or hung up on me. They use an outsourced 3rd party so it's a crap shoot if you get anything remotely close to customer service.

One employee told me to call the shipping company and gave me a new tracking code. That company has no record of the old or the new tracking code.

Stay away from Belro. You're NOT going to get what you order!

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Thank goodness my credit union recognized a suspicious transaction. I was charged an extra 9.99 for a membership I declined. And even though they said overnight delivery at the time I ordered, the email said it would be 5 to 8 days for it to be received. This is a scamming company. Order was through Belro, charges were from Relzotech for the order itself, and the extra charge was from Orenfashion. My credit union voided my debit card, and I had to get a new one because of this.

Ordered a chess set on this website. Two extra charges for $9.99, even though I opted out of the Shipping Protection. Item is supposed to be on its way, but no tracking number. Four different states & three different names used for this company (MT, NC, FL,NJ and Belro.com, Relzotech.com & Torinshop.com). I had to cancel my debit card so nothing more could be charged. I'm out $74.93. Do not order anything from this company! They say they are a family run business from Raleigh, NC.

Update: They refunded one of the $9.99 charges. My granddaughter just received her chess set, the day after her birthday. So in the end I was only out $9.99. They almost fixed everything after numerous calls and emails.

Pkg was never delivered, tracking said incorrect address. Called USPS and they said no tracking info with that number. False charges deducted from my bank by Belro - should have looked at reviews first!!!

They tried to add unauthorized additional charges to my purchase, so I immediately canceled my credit card.

Items slammed to CC and have been trying to get a credit back with no success as of yet. Stay away from this place.

I ordered a dog toy that is supposed to move and entertain a dog. Marketing said sale from $49.90 to $14.95.
First thing they did was charge me for a 2 year warranty which I did not order and the next they charged me for overnight shipping which took 11 days.

Finally, the product is flimsy and won't last a day with a dog much less entertain them. It is the shady charges by this company that I did not like. They did credit me the money for the warranty and the shipping.

False advertising. Add on unapproved charge to order and enter a subscription. I’ve cancelled the order and subscription and hope I’m done with them. Scam.

Scammers I never received my package but they won’t refund me my money I will never order again please be aware of these thieves

Wow, these people are just straight up liar's and thieves. I ordered an item that was to be delivered the next day. That was 8/15. It's supposed to be out for delivery for the last 2 days. I doubt it will ever arrive as I believe them to be scam artists. So I have filed a formal complaint with the BBB and Trust pilot and now disputed my credit card. Never buy from these scammers.

I ordered a toiletry bag. Took weeks to be delivered & it was small & cheap looking, not what I ordered online. I think the company is just a US front for inexpensive Chinese goods.
