I had a frustrating experience trying to cancel my subscription. I requested cancellation, but it was not completed, and the issue remains unresolved. I’m concerned about being charged again and disappointed with how the cancellation has been handled.

We have been a customer for over 3 years. We gave 30+ day's notice we didn't want to renew for the upcoming year due to our business slowing down, and they denied our request and plan to continue charging our company for an entire year for a service we aren't going to use. I asked for their managers information to attempt to negotiate a cancellation fee we would be willing to pay but they won't even provide the requested contact information. I wouldn't recommend doing business with Seamless.AI.

We asked Seamless.AI in 2024 not to auto-renew our subscription, and Seamless confirmed in writing on March 15, 2024 that our license was set to cancel. In 2025 Seamless renewed us anyway. Their account rep acknowledged in writing on July 10, 2025 that the renewal should not have happened based on our earlier request. Three weeks later we signed a one-year renewal with the same rep, understanding it as a continuation for one more year. Seamless then auto-renewed us again in 2026 without any reminder or invoice beforehand, and the first notice we received came from their collections team. We had no access to and made no use of the service in the new term.

During the dispute, Seamless also emailed us an order form where our full card number, security code and expiration date were still readable under the redaction.

We ultimately paid a settlement, not because we accept that anything was owed, but to avoid the nuisance, time and legal costs of continuing the dispute. We are not seeking a refund. We are filing this complaint because Seamless’s practice of silently renewing accounts, ignoring customers’ written instructions, and relying on collections pressure to extract payment is unfair and deceptive, and it should be stopped before it costs other businesses the same.

Seamless Co is hands down worst delivery service. People who work there are incompetent and no one should use this service. Horrible!! 😩😩

If I ever needed a lead gen platform again, I'd stay away from Seamless. Declining another year of Seamless.AI shouldn’t require an appointment. But their portal puts a mandatory meeting between me and submitting a nonrenewal request, with limited slots that don’t work for my schedule. That feels designed to wear customers down rather than respect their decision. I’m simply asking them to disable auto-renewal and confirm it in writing.

Yeah, 1000 leads sounds great until you realize the majority of the "enriched" leads dont' have working emails or phone numbers. They lock you in for 12 months with no break clause and send you to collections. Offered even half up front as a buy out. Scammers.

Do not use this service. Over 15 years in marketing and lead gen, this is the most predatory company I have ever seen. Run, don't walk, away from this software. Submitting to BBB and others now. You will never get out of the contract and the leads are very poor compared to others (ran multiple side by side studies).

Tried the service for a few months. It worked but wasn't worth the money so I decided to cancel. Only way to cancel is by scheduling a sales call with one of their associates. Earliest appointment is for one day after they bill me for another months service. If I want to add more credits I can schedule with the same sales team today. Shady...

Worst experience dealing with a company I ever had. Started off with aggressive sales people promising the works to get you to sign a contract designed to trap you. After you sign up no one follows through until you try tk cancel when they start throwing around the contract that they never fulfilled in the first place. Avoid using this company at all cost spare yourself the wasted time, money and aggravation I am sure they will probably find a way to make me writing a negative review a breach of contract

Absolute trash service. Didn’t deliver on promises, then had the audacity to steal another month of service bc I notified them 12 days before instead of 14.

Predatory and low-value. Not only to the have the guts to try and muscle you into additional yearly contracts through deception, ghosting, and threats; but they also offer a garbage service that doesn't deliver anywhere close to the results promised. Their AI is trash and doesn't gather actionable information- you're genuinely better off Googling. Customer service is abysmal, inconsistent, and straight up rude. Give your money to literally anyone else.

One of the worst companies we have dealt with in terms of customer service and platform reliability. We worked with Autumn Kunce, a Customer Success Manager, whose focus remained on enforcing payment rather than resolving the ongoing access and service issues. Neither she nor the broader team was able to provide a workable solution, despite us having paid for a full year of a platform we were ultimately unable to use.

This business is a scam. If you’re considering purchasing licenses from them, don’t. Their platform doesn’t work properly, the umbrellas are old, and 95% of them are useless. When you try to get support, they claim to be working on fixing it but never launch any fixes. It’s a terrible experience.

Do not use this company. You will have nothing but issues with cancellation and refunds. We got no ROI for this product.

**I strongly recommend that businesses DO NOT sign up for Seamless.AI.**

Our experience with both the product and the company has been extremely poor.

First, the product itself was **sub-par at best** for us. We experienced an enormous amount of inaccurate, outdated, or unusable contact information. On some lists, we might find only **10–20 usable contacts out of 1,000 leads.** For a company selling access to business and contact data, that level of accuracy was unacceptable for our needs.

Unfortunately, the product quality was only part of the problem.

Our experience trying to cancel the service was even worse.

We followed the cancellation instructions provided on Seamless.AI's own website. Their instructions stated that after submitting the cancellation request, **a billing specialist would reach out to discuss the cancellation.**

We submitted the request.

**No billing specialist ever contacted us.**

No email explaining that something else needed to be completed. No phone call. No warning that the cancellation had not been accepted.

Instead, the account continued to be billed.

When I contacted Seamless.AI about the cancellation, I was then told that we had not canceled in a timely manner because they require cancellation **60 days prior to the end of the contract term.**

So, to be clear:

**We followed their published cancellation instructions. Their instructions said a billing specialist would contact us. Nobody contacted us. They continued billing us. Then they told us we failed to cancel within their required timeframe.**

I find that completely unacceptable.

If your cancellation procedure requires the customer to submit a request and then wait for YOUR billing department to contact them, your company should not benefit when your billing department fails to make that contact.

The manner in which this situation has been handled has been incredibly disappointing and, in my opinion, highly unprofessional.

Between the **poor quality of the lead data, inaccurate contact information, horrible customer support, cancellation process, continued billing, and the way our concerns have been handled**, I cannot recommend this company.

In fact, my recommendation is much stronger:

**DO NOT SIGN UP FOR SEAMLESS.AI.**

There are other providers available. I would not commit my company's time or money to Seamless.AI again.

And if you're reading this review, **please tell at least one other business owner or sales professional not to sign up for Seamless.AI.** If you know someone considering the service, please share our experience with them.

Businesses should be held accountable for the products they sell and for the way they treat customers when those customers decide to leave.

**Based on our experience, stay away from Seamless.AI.**

Seamless.AI is publishing materially inaccurate information about my company, including an incorrect address and phone listing, along with unsupported headcount, revenue, and technology claims. I have contacted the company repeatedly for months and asked for the profile to be corrected. As of August 18, 2026, the public listing is still unchanged and says it was last updated in July 2025.

A company that sells business-data accuracy should provide a clear, responsive way for companies to correct false information. Based on this experience, I would not trust Seamless.AI company data without independently verifying it.

I feel they are not a trustworthy company. My fault for not reading the fine print but it seems they will and do auto renew without your consent or acknowledgement. Shut down my page and held it for ransom because I was past due but again billed me regardless. Their customer service is less than desirable. USE any AI system and you will get just as much information.

This company scrapes as much data as they can find about you from the internet and holds it ransom until you provide more personal data with them
