Absolute scammers!!

Have no idea. Report was flawed, compared houses to ours that were 20+ years older, used detached properties to compare to our semi-detached, used houses with more bedrooms, many many errors in the report.

Valued our house 25K less than what we paid for it!

Absolutely no idea what they are doing and just want to scam you!
