My Guinea pig, Bean, was referred to Great Western Exotics (part of vets now) for an operation to remove a bladder stone. It was clear that the knowledge and experience of GWE in treating rodents was worth it. Bean is now back home following a successful operation, which in an animal of his size was always risky. The after care has been brilliant with the vets providing updates while he was with them in recovery and once he was home they were happy to answer any questions we had about his ongoing progress.

Prior to this Bean had an out of hours appointment due to his pain and lack of interest in food. We were seen at our local vets now in reading almost immediately and appropriate pain relief was administered, which helped keep Bean going until his operation a few days later.
