However, I quickly found out how reputable Label Source is and went ahead with the purchase. The bag was despatched so quickly and arrived within a couple of days and IT IS PERFECT! Do no touch this company by any means it is a scam they say will give instant cash then when they receive item say they no longer want it and request 20£ to return it I hope this stops someone else being scammed I wish I’d of read reviews beforehand

At first i was a little bit sceptical as not used a service like this before . But i took my photos, design and model and really quickly i received an offer i was happy with . Sending was easy withe QR code and could track till it was received at their end . Kept updated when the authentication was done then inspected. Shortly after money was in my bank account. So sent on a Saturday and payment went in on the Wednesday .

From start to finish nothing but fantastic. Kept me in the loop of where the process was at and payment sent straight away. Thank you

I find this service very easy to use.

The first resell company I have ever used. Me and my family like to buy but we don’t sell as much and somehow I came across them one day on Instagram. I have sold a lot of bags to them since(still have loads at home too send them). It’s been a wonderful experience. Label Source is very quick and responsive as well. I would say they are the best. Simple and straightforward. Ariane is so helpful and nice. They will always keep you in the loop regarding anything. They will also explain to you on the website if there is any changes to your items which is very sweet and considerate. Other platforms would not be bothered to do that at all my friend told me. Other staff are so funny to watch on social media haha. For some reason I’m so into their videos. When we send emails, they reply so fast too. So yeh I would highly recommend it. We are currently on holiday but we are thinking to sell more of the stuff we don’t use no more to Label Source when we come back.

I’ve had a very good experience with Label Source. I feel they fairly value most items, especially in good condition. The process of obtaining the shipping label to receiving your money is extremely efficient and I had no issues with that.

Once the items I sold were up on their website I didn’t feel like I had been mislead about the pricing and it was fair for both parties.

Contacting the company is also very easy and simple via WhatsApp. I am happy I chose Label Source to sell clothes I no longer wear and would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely shocking experience with Label Source.

I bought a Moncler jumper which arrived with a massive rip on the inside covered in stains. None of this was mentioned in the listing, so the item was clearly not as described.

I’m now having to pay the return postage myself, despite the fact that the item arrived in an unacceptable condition, and on top of that I’m being charged a 25% return fee. I genuinely cannot understand how I’m expected to lose a significant amount of money returning an item because it was sent to me in a condition that was not properly disclosed.

I’m absolutely fuming. If you’re selling designer clothing, the condition needs to be accurately described and checked before sending it out. Instead, I’ve been left with the hassle and cost of returning an item I never would have purchased had the damage been disclosed.

I definitely won’t be buying from Label Source again. Very disappointing and, in my opinion, a terrible way to treat customers.

Nice and easy system, good customer service, would be nice if they had more brands that they accepted, I can see brands that they sell for example Adidas but it not on their drop list down to sell, however I will use again, payment was quick as well, which is always good.
