I was trying to get hold of some particular art work and Jane went off to check they had it in stock, promptly calling me back and putting it aside by the till point ready to collect.
I find the staff very helpful in this store, it is my local and great that it also has an outlet section.

We were very impressed with the excellent service offered at OKA. Our assistant Bethany gave us much attention in helping with our needs. She imbues a lovely gentle and kindly positive manner that is exemplar of dutiful service. Thank you OKA.

I visited Oka at Froxfield a few times before and during Bank Holiday. It’s a beautiful space full of amazing designs and Tracy, Sandra and Jane could not have been more helpful. I was able to take one item away and return it fuss free when it wasn’t suitable.

The excellent service from Bethany and Tracey will ensure that I return again and again to Froxfield Oka. Both knew the products really well and were helpful without being pushy or intrusive. They were amazing and Oka is lucky to have them.

You always receive a lovely welcome from the ladies in OKA Marlborough (Froxfield). They are never too busy to be wonderfully helpful; that they understand the OKA way of interior design very well is largely down to their creative backgrounds. It is always enjoyable to drop by to see what is new and hear their suggestions if unsure what to mix with what. The colours and themes are inviting so who can resist a rather nice purchase every now and again!

I recently visited Oka store in Froxfield and had a wonderful experience thanks to Debbie and Bethany. The showroom had great staff and was beautifully arranged. The team helped me to measure the sofa which I ended up buying. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely be back to this store.

My wife and I searched everywhere for a replacement garden table that would match a set of stylish modern chairs we already owned. Oka was the only store to offer what we chose. The lady assistants were very helpful.

I visited the Marlborough store recently and was immediately impressed by the quality and presentation of the most beautiful furniture and furnishings. The store was laid out beautifully and had a lovely calm atmosphere and was inviting and welcoming.
The staff greeted us upon arrival and were available for any questions about products. I have to mention Debbie, in particular. She was very attentive without being overbearing. Her knowledge of the products was amazing and she offered alternatives to give us the best choice.
She was up and down stairs, opening boxes for us to see different sizes of items we were interested in. Nothing was too much trouble and she really went above and beyond to help us. As a result, we were delighted with our final choices. We even went back half an hour later to buy more.
Thank you, Debbie, for the most amazing shopping experience. You are a credit to this organisation.

I called Bethany to purchase a cushion that could see online only the Marlborough store had left in stock. She kindly set it aside for me and when I was able to go to the store two weeks later she instantly remembered our phone call. She was a delight to deal with, so much so that we ended up buying some pictures too. Her colleagues Tracey and Angela were also friendly and kind as well, and gave our cockapoo a dog biscuit. All in all it was a very enjoyable visit and we were impressed by the size of the store and ease of parking.

Tracey had the Gustavian ready and waiting. Angela and Beth were also super helpful.

Debbie & Tracey always go out of their way to source and advise on all items of furniture and accessories… they are a wonderful asset to Oka …
We live in France and only come back to the UK three times a year but we are always greeted by name … we look forward to returning…
