I called Bethany to purchase a cushion that could see online only the Marlborough store had left in stock. She kindly set it aside for me and when I was able to go to the store two weeks later she instantly remembered our phone call. She was a delight to deal with, so much so that we ended up buying some pictures too. Her colleagues Tracey and Angela were also friendly and kind as well, and gave our cockapoo a dog biscuit. All in all it was a very enjoyable visit and we were impressed by the size of the store and ease of parking.

Avtar and Ram did a brilliant job fitting our new Tapi carpet. They were polite, professional and careful, and the end result looks superb.

Pedro (on the chat function) sorted out a small problem I had straight away with no fuss. Thank you.
