Ridiculous!! I usually don’t return anything. I bought a dress for my son’s wedding and it just wasn’t going to work. I asked for a refund. They asked me to take a credit instead of a refund. I said sure I can find something that I liked. Well something like 7 emails (AI generated) they are still saying they will send me credit to use. I guess they figured I’d give up.

The quality of the clothing is terrible. Material is very thin. Even worse is their return policy. Need to pay shipping back to China! They then offer you a partial refund (30%) to just keep their junk. After months of back and forth and unfulfilled promises from their customer service group, I have received nothing. Trash, scam company. Will send some Chinese made incorrect product and refuse returns or try to charge shipping and restocking fees. Product showed up 3 weeks late and was incorrect. Refused returns.

I have been going back and forth on a credit request for over 2 months. I contacted this company after I had not received an order/shipping update after two full weeks. At that point they told me the dress I ordered wasn’t in stock. I asked for a refund but they tried to switch it to another dress. I declined that offer and I’ve been trying to get a refund for two months. I just submitted a dispute with my bank. Don’t give this company your money under any circumstances. I don’t even know if they will fulfill your order.

Absolutely do not order from this company . Product is so cheap and looks nothing like the picture. Was sent the wrong colour of an item I ordered - and they wanted me to return it back to China costing me 48.00 dollars in order to get my money back. They eventually they agreed to send me another item - again 3 weeks later the item was completely not what I ordered - so cheap - and now they will not return my emails - !!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
