I will never use this company whilst you continue your association with Keira Sofronioe. She is a complete liar which means I can no longer trust this company until she is removed.

I joined Inteletravel 3 years ago as I wanted to supplement my income from teaching and be able to remain on a part time basis at my school. It has honestly been the best decision I could have made! Since I joined, Inteletravel’s training, support and variety of suppliers has gone from strength to strength. They have listened to feedback & invested in our booking platform to make it more automated and more user friendly allowing me to work more efficiently. They provide an effective support network & my commission has been paid consistently. What I particularly like is that the harder I work, the more I am rewarded as they reduce their commission split. I also love that I am also earning Intele points as I book that I can redeem in their online shop. This has come in very handy at Christmas time!

I am so angry and shocked that inteletravel have been and the customer service they take your money and don't care about you. You follow everything they ask you to follow and they accuse you of creating things that you never created and also the customer service is utter shocking this company feels and seems like a scam they watch you fail. Don't waste your money with this company a total scam. Booking process is hard work staff are rude in inteletravel. Best to go your own way and set up on your own without inteletravel.

I think Inteletravel is good for people who would love a way to work in the travel industry that doesn't break the bank to get started. The sign up fee and monthly costs are reasonable.

They are partnered with over 100 companies which is great and it does give agents a good chance of being able to compete with other travel agencies. However, often the prices are higher than what consumers can find online.

After being with the company for a year I've also discovered some hidden fees that reduce what I receive for my commission for making bookings. I was expecting 70% of the commission (the other 30% going to Inteletravel for being the host agency, covering admin and everything else), but it actually averages out at more like 60% or less. They are also incredibly slow at paying out commissions and when you withdraw them from the Hyperwallet, there are various fees and charges that reduce the amount further.

With regards to the PlanNet side of the business, the community is wonderful in the team that I was in. There was lots of support and training which was great, however, that training and support can't find you team members and it can't retain team members. Lots of the team experience that people leave faster than they can build their team.

So many reviews on here are either 5 star and are people in the business who have probably been told to put a good review up (I recognise lots of the names for these 5 star reviews!) and 1 star reviews from people who have come away feeling a bit battered and bruised from their time with Inteletravel, most likely through not earning very much or struggling to recruit with PlanNet. I wanted to give a fair and balanced review of my experience - the good and the bad – so I hope this review is helpful to others.

Inteletravel 'hun bots' always say people fail due to not joining the right team!!! How are new recruits supposed to choose the right team when it is just some person they hardly know or haven't spoken to for years who has groomed them with predatory, fake chats??
Due to the fact no Inteletravel agents have any formal training in business or travel, this is inevitable they will fail to make any money. Once you have been recruited then you ARE on your own and left to figure things out for yourself. I imagine some teams receive more support than others (whatever that means) purely due to the fact you are an investment and paying your upline, so they dont want you dropping out.

They also 'victim blame' people for leaving due to not working hard enough which is hard to believe as they have been working for free and paying their upline each month for no help or support. Their idea of support is a 6am zoom call on how to recruit new people into the business, in order to make money from them - as this is what happened to them so they are just repeating the cycle and recruiting people for Inteletravel/Plannet marketing.

Worst experience I've ever had. Booked a trip to Bali with one of their representatives, unfortunately due to the war in the middle East, the trip was cancelled. You would think getting a refund would be straightforward, NO!!! They keep coming up with every excuse in the book to delay the refund. Trip was cancelled beginning of June, this is end July and still no refund. Surely it's not that difficult to claim the money back from the airline and hotel, at worst their insurance. But 9 weeks post trip cancellation and till date, no refund. NEVER EVER book anything with this company or their representatives!!

Do NOT under any circumstances register with this company. All the negative reviews on here are more than accurate, I registered with them to book my own work travel and frequent family holidays for discounts, not for an extra income. But it’s a shambles. Customer/agent support is appalling. Travel EVERY TIME was more expensive than literally anywhere else. Also if you want to earn money in MLM this company isn’t it. Their profits are huge because of subscriptions, not solely travel booking. This is the equivalent of when corporate tell you “we’re a family not just a company” which is the biggest lie ever told in corporate history….family takes advantage of family by pushing on ‘loyalty’. Same here. This company really prays on women who are longing to belong to something. You can see it with everyone you talk to. It’s HIGH effort, tiny gain. And I mean really tiny. This company is nothing more than a network of skilled sales women - who ironically don’t actually sell the holidays, they sell the subscriptions to mlm service 😂. If you really get under the skin of it, all of the uplines as far as they eye can see, don’t book travel, they book desperate people on to the subscription service. The turnover of agents is also hugo. When you add all of this up it makes zero sense.

Couple all this with the fact that travel agencies are dying a death…there’s a reason for that! AND agents are pushed to leave reviews on here….so you can take all of the positives with an inch of salt.

If you happen to get pushed onto a call with these people who claim to be making a fortune in this industry…have a look at the room they’re in, the furniture, the clothes they’re wearing….its very bog standard….if they were really doing so so well, their personal circumstance would be miles better than it is - think about that!

DON’T drink the poison!

I have been an InteleTravel Travel Agent for the past three years. I recently discovered my commission for a group booking made in April of this year was reportedly paid to another agent instead of me. I do not understand how this could have happened, and I have been requesting a full explanation of how my commission was assigned to someone else.

To make matters worse, I have opened two support tickets regarding this issue, and both were closed without any resolution or giving me an opportunity to respond. This has been extremely frustrating and has left me without answers.

Please do not register with this company or book anything through them. There prices are more expensive than if you were to book yourself. All they are interested in is upselling and selling and getting to recruit people into the business. (They seem to also target young vulnerable ppl who are struggling with hard times under false pretences that you can make yourself thousands in weeks) please stay away and ignore any invites you receive. Unfortunately I have lost over £1500 trying to make (my own travel business work) luckily I was not in position where it mattered. I am heartbroken for the numerous vulnerable people they have signed up. I hope this helps anyone thinking of joining. This company really should not be operating!

I joined Inteletravel in Sept 2025 with the promise of cheaper holidays! I never found anything cheaper! The holidays were always more expensive!! Also my upline Amy Beckett I found to be so false! Lovely when she thought I would recruit others for her, dismissive and showed no empathy when " normal" life things happened that may slow down the recruitment. I once said I want to get the travel training doen fierst and her answer " why I do not book any travel for anyone hahahahahahah " honestly I am not short of friends and I certainly do not want to be surrounded by fake ones! SOOOOOO icky!!

Unfortunately, our experience with Holly Scherrer was extremely disappointing. Communication throughout the planning process was poor, and whenever members of our group asked questions, we often felt like we were inconveniencing her. Responses frequently came across as rude, dismissive, and unprofessional.

In addition, several members of our group experienced issues accessing their trip accounts, which created unnecessary stress and frustration. Rather than feeling supported during the planning process, we were left feeling ignored and frustrated.

A travel agent should help make a trip planning experience enjoyable and seamless. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. Based on our experience, we would not use Holly Scherrer again and would not recommend her services to others.

It has been a year since I joined. I love it. Primarily joined to save my own travel, had definitely work as have saved over 5k on my own travel!!! Plus the upgrades I got in most of the hotels. Free dinner in a restaurant on Cruise ship and was able to visit the bridge with captain. There are no targets or how much hours you have to work. It’s entirely up to you. Your business and do whatever you can manage. The support is amazing, very good learning portal/App, Zoom calls, WhatsApp group. You pop a question and you will hear from your colleagues straight away. You earn commission from the holiday you book for friends and family and it’s ABTA & ATOL protected. I have never been pressured to deal with other part of business which is networking marketing. The idea is to share this amazing platform, where other people can benefit as well. You don’t want to keep it to yourself. Similar to most of the companies who have referral programs. It will help you earn income from Network Marketing this as well. We have Drs, Lawyers, cooperate workers, nurses, teachers, Mums at home etc. Some people work in the pockets of time they have and build their businesses. There are also incentives from our partners, we have over 100 partners!! You get what you put in as any other business.

I joined InteleTravel in February last year with the intention of saving money on travel. However, every holiday I quoted for family and friends ended up being significantly more expensive than what they could find themselves online.

Even though InteleTravel provides access to TUI and Jet2, the trade prices are consistently higher than the prices available directly on their websites.

The business model is heavily focused on recruitment rather than offering genuinely competitive travel deals.

Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend joining if your goal is simply to save money on your own holidays or to book cheaper trips for others.

Joining InteleTravel 6 years ago has genuinely been one of the best decisions I’ve made. I originally started alongside my teaching job and family life on maternity leave as I was looking for something flexible that would fit around my life

The training and support available are incredible, even for someone with no previous travel industry experience.

Over the years I’ve been able to build a successful travel business booking over £900,000 in travel!

Like any business, you do have to put the work in, but the opportunity is absolutely there for those willing to stay consistent and learn.

It’s great to see more and more suppliers coming on board who are all so helpful. I have never had an issue with receiving commissions on time.

As long as the training is completed and bookings are logged correctly there has never been any issues

I’ve been with InteleTravel for almost 3 years now, alongside working a full-time 9-5, and it’s genuinely been one of the best decisions I’ve made.

I started with no experience in the travel industry, just a love for travel, and over time I’ve been able to build my own client base, book trips for others, and earn commission alongside my job.

What I really like is the flexibility – you can build it around your life and at your own pace. The training, systems and support are all there, but your results do come down to the effort you put in.

It’s definitely not an overnight success or quick money situation, and I think that’s important to be honest about. The first few months are more about learning and getting your first bookings, but if you stay consistent it can grow into something really rewarding.

One of the most unexpected parts has been the community. I’ve met so many like-minded people and it’s become a huge part of why I enjoy it so much.

If you’re looking for a flexible way to get into the travel industry and are willing to treat it like a business, I’d definitely recommend it.

PLEASE DO NOT USE INTELETRAVEL IF YOU ARE HOPING TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL AND RELIABLE GOOD TRAVEL EXPERIENCES TO YOUR CLIENTS USING THEIR VENDORS AND PAYMENT OF COMMISSION. THEY ARE A SCAM MLM THAT THRIVES OFF SELLING YOU THE CAPABILITY TO WRITE OFF YOUR TRAVEL.

THEY WILL CAUSE YOU SO MUCH TROUBLE IF YOU GO THROUGH THEM AS A TRAVEL HOST AGENCY IN HOPES TO CREATE FUN EXPERIENCE FOR YOUR GUESTS. I WAS ONLY SUCCESSFUL BECAUSE I SPENT HUNDREDS (NO JOKE, HUNDREDS OF HOURS FIGHTING FOR MY CLIENTS WITH THEM AND THE VENDORS SPECIFICALLY ALG AND FUNJET).

THEY AS A COMPANY, THEIR AGENTS ARE UNETHICAL, ALONG SIDE THEIR VENDORS, SPECIFICALLY ALG FUNJET, APPLE, TRAVEL IMPRESSIONS, THERE IS NOT SUPPORT. IT TAKES HUNDREDS OF EMAILS PER CLIENT TO GET ANYTHING. THEIR SUPPORT IS AWFUL, THEIR STRUCTURE IS GREED, THEIR TRAINING IS OUTDATED.

INTELETRAVEL IS ALL ABOUT SCAMMING YOU AS THE AGENT. YOU WILL NOT LOOK PROFESSIONAL OR BE TREATED WITH ANY KIND OF RESPECT. ALL CALLS ARE OUTSOURCED OUTSIDE OF THE COUNTRY TERRIBLY LONG HOURS UPON HOURS HOLD TIMES, DROPPED CALLS, ON PURPOSE HANG UPS, ARROGANT AGENTS AS UPLINES.

TRUST ME WHEN I SAY THE COMPANY AND THEIR VENDORS ARE NOT HELPFUL. THERE ARE NO PERKS TO USING THEM. I WISH I HAD KNOWN BEFORE I BOOKED SO MANY TRIPS WITH THEM. IT HAS LOST ME MANY CLIENTS GOING THROUGH THEIR VENDORS. THE PAY SUCKS, THE FEES ARE VERY HIGH, THE WEBSITE IS GARBAGE AND DOES NOT WORK. THE COMMISSION IS NEVER WHAT IT SHOULD BE. THE COMMUNICATION IS AWFUL!

THE AMOUNT OF TIMES YOU WILL BE ON THE PHONE VS. WHAT YOU GET PAID FOR THE HOURS YOU SPEND WORKING, IS PENNIES. YOU WILL 100 PERCENT BE ON HOLD WITH VENDORS, FIXING THEIR ERRORS, WITH LITTLE TO NO SUPPORT, TRANSFERRED AND DEALING WITH ALL THE ERRORS MORE THAN ENJOYING PLANNING THE TRIP WITH YOUR CLIENT.

THERE IS NOT A SUPPORT NETWORK HERE. ONLY A SCAM TO TAKE 30% OF WHAT YOU MAKE, PLUS VERY HIGH MONTHLY FEES FOR THE MLM SCAM AND NOT HELP WHEN YOU NEED IT. THEY MAKE THEIR MONEY OFF OF FALSE PROMISES AND LEAVE YOU WITH NOTHING TO SHOW FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK. LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR A TRAVEL HOST COMPANY! I AM SO ASHAMED AND DISAPPOINTED I STAYED SO LONG. BUT I HAD TO WAIT MONTHS FOR PAYOUTS ON COMMISSION FOR TRIPS I BOOKED 3 TO 6 MONTHS AGO.

INTELETRAVEL IS NOT GOOD, THEY ARE UNETHICAL, THEY OUTSOURCE ALL THE PROBLEMS TO PEOPLE YOU CANNOT UNDERSTAND AND CAN NOT HELP.

INTELETRAVEL SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. AND YOU WILL NOT HAVE A BUSINESS FOR LONG IF YOU USE THEM. I HAVE WORKED SO HARD AND WAS NEVER PAID WHAT INTELETRAVEL AND THEIR VENDORS SAID THEY WOULD.

THE VENDORS DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CLIENTS OR YOU AS THE AGENT EITHER. IT IS THE EQUIVALENT OF EARNING $5 AN HOUR ON TRIPS OVER $30K, AFTER ALL THE HOLD CALLS, CUSTOMER SERVICE CALLS, VENDOR EMAILS, INTELETRAVEL HELP CALLS, GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH UNRELIABLE LYING UPLINES, DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HOPE FOR SUCCESS IN TRAVEL.

I HOPE TO SAVE OTHERS THE SHAME AND EMBARRASSMENT, AND FINANCIAL LOSS I HAVE HAD TO EXPERIENCE USING INTELETRAVEL, FUNJET AND ALG IN GENERAL. THEY GO BY MARK TRAVEL TOO. SO THEY WILL CHANGE THEIR NAME TO AVOID THE SHAME.

If I could give negative stars, I would.

We are now preparing to pursue legal action against InteleTravel for withholding a refund of over $1,000. For more than a month, our travel agent has repeatedly contacted the company, only to be passed from representative to representative with no resolution and no accountability.

We canceled our reservation within the same hour it was made and were explicitly told the refund would be processed within 5–7 days (up to 10 at most). It has now been well over 30 days, and we still have not received our money.

During a recent three-way call with the company and our agent, we were not even allowed to participate in the conversation. The only takeaway provided afterward was that we would receive our money “eventually.” This is completely unacceptable and directly contradicts the company’s stated policies.

At this point, the continued withholding of our funds is not only unprofessional but raises serious legal concerns. We are moving forward with formal action to recover the money owed to us.

Do not use this company.

We travel as a family often and have a range of holidays from luxury to weekends away. I thought we would be perfect candidates for making some big savings, but really 98 times out of 100 I could find better deals myself.
I always could get better pricing on booking.com with genius level 1 and most direct travel agent rates weren’t available in school holidays.
I did 18 months of this and put a lot of time into researching and trying to find good deals, but I honestly think it would be super hard to make savings here if you aren’t involved in the pyramid marketing side of the business.
