Ordered a bed for my 5 year old son on 1 August, expecting it to be here by 7-14 August. After a few emails back and forth, they said the bed had been lost in transit. That was on the 19th August. They promised an expedited delivery. I was away for a few days at the beginning of the week and was worried they would say it would be delivered while we were away, but no need to worry - I still haven't heard from anyone at all about my son's bed! So he's been sleeping on a mattress on the floor for almost a month now. I paid through Amazon Pay so not as worried as I would be about getting my money back but I am fed up with waiting now, their communication has been really poor and I am really not happy at all. I wish I had just ordered the pirate bed for a little more ££ from Robert Dyas now. At least he'd have a bed! Will be asking for my money back in 48 hours when Amazon pay allows me to.

DO NOT BUY FROM!Absolute clowns. waited weeks beyond our delivery window. Had no contact from them and had to call them every few days for updates. They promise delivery one week then it changes to next week. Making promises over the phone but then backtracking days later. Waited for their delivery company to be in 'our area' which has taken weeks past the delivery slot with no actual idea of when we would receive our sofa.. Cancelled order and waiting for a refund. They dont even seem bothered about losing a customer.Shocking customer service.

Thank god i purchased through Klarna and have raised an issue so i should get a refund via them.

Whatever you do DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE crooks,
They give you an estimated delivery, you do not receive any follows up. You have to keep on emailing and calling (they rarely answer) eventually you get a response but still no delivery date. I ended up asking for refund I’m still waiting, they’re a nightmare.

this is by far the worst service i have received, they lie about your products where about, try and blame a delivery company that dosn't exist, and think their customers are dumb enough not to research and find out.
they put you on hold then cut the line, say they will call back and dont!
they reply to emails with "give it 5 more day" "give it 7 more days"
and "the courier will contact you 24hrs before delivery" however they "dont know who the courier is" but they "did just talk to them and its on its way"..
they are a SCAM, you will have to contact the bank to get a refund

I bought a 3-seater and a 4-seater sofa from Home Done in May 2026, and they were delivered in mid June. Unfortunately, both sofas would not fit properly in my living room, so I arranged to return the 3 seater for a refund. I even paid almost £100 for the collection.

The sofa was collected on 2 July 2026. After it was taken away, I heard absolutely nothing from Home Done for around two weeks.

When I eventually called to ask where my refund was, I was told that I should have contacted them immediately after the sofa was collected. I found this ridiculous they arranged the collection, so surely their own system should show that they had received the sofa back.

I was then told to email them confirming that the sofa had been collected so their accounts team could process my refund. I did exactly what they asked.

It is now 25 August 2026 and I STILL have not received my £400 refund.

I have called repeatedly, practically every day. Each time I am told they are going to check with the accounts team, I am put on hold, and nobody comes back to me with an answer. I keep chasing and chasing for money that should have been refunded weeks ago.

This has been an extremely stressful and frustrating experience. Home Done has the returned sofa and they still have my £400. They telling me that it has been refunded but I haven’t seen any money in my account! AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!

Ordered a sofa for my mam, the delivery window come and gone, they went over by weeks, all this time my mam who has chronic health issues is still sitting on a deckchair as she has no sofa, this company cancelled it weeks ago and my poor mam is still waiting for a refund, promised time and time again the money would be in the account and its never been put in, she needs the money back to buy a new sofa, almost £500, now the company has been refusing her calls or keeping her on hold for 15 mins then hanging up on her then ignoring contact, the stress we have been through has been very hard and we still don't have the money back, tried speaking to manager but they said the didn't have one, avoid, avoid at all costs, don't want anyone else going through what my poor mam has all over a sofa, police and trading standards involved

We ordered a couch and footstool over a month ago and we're given a delivery window of 7th to the 14th of August. We were patient and waited and no news came, we chased for an update and we're told that there was a delay. Today I have tried to chase again, the phone lines are down and no one is answering my emails. I went on the Facebook page and left a comment and also messaged them and they have blocked me and removed the post that I commented on. This is disgusting behaviour and so unprofessional. Avoid this company at all cost, I'm just so annoyed that they've had our money for this long and there's nothing I can do about it.

Josh did a great job, quick, efficient, cleaned up the mess afterward. Lovely friendly guy. Needed the job done on short notice and he made time to squeeze me in within a couple of days and was prepared to do it, even though it was a small job. Thanks Josh.

Don't buy from this site, they deliver a month after payment. They don't specify anything when you order and then you complain that you didn't see the delivery date!

Order placed 0n 3 August 2026, delivery date was 11 to 19 August 2026. No item received till 20 August 2026.
Asked for an update from Home Done - their reply - allow us another 5 to 7 working days for the order to be delivered. Appauling service.....!!! Asked them for a refund - which they mentioned can take 5 to 7 days for it. Cancelled my order.
Now it has been more than a month - several emails - refund not dredited...!!!

Sun lounger delivered promptly and well packaged. All in working order and highly competitive price.

I ordered a pet stroller for my 11 year old dog (suffering from disc disease and suddenly not able to go for walks any longer) on the 6th of August and was informed that it would be delivered latest on the 14th. It is the 18th today and I am still waiting! Excuses, poor communication and despite being promised it will be with me today, I just received an email stating that it will take a further 3-5 days! Let's see how long the refund will take! Do NOT order from this company unless you are happy to wait weeks for your item! What a waste of time.

I ordered a sofa on 13th July. A delivery was scheduled and then cancelled because they apparently had no delivery route for my area. On 6 August I was told my sofa would be delivered by the end of the following week. That timeframe has now passed still no forecast of the delivery date....

I am very pleased with this purchase.It was easy to find the item I was looking for and the price was good. Ordering was easy and the item was delivered promptly.

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS! Bought a sofa, was told an ETA, went WAY past eta? They said give another week because delivery wasnt available because package was too big? Gave them more time, emailed them, they offered £20 compensation to be recieved when I got the sofa, another week went by with no sofa. So I waited over a month for a sofa which was told it was in birmingham (I live in birmingham) So was an absolute lie. They are scammers! Absolutely useless company AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Although items are at a lower price, a lot of feeble excuses are used when you call to chase an item, like labels were printed wrong and its sitting with the courier, blame passed onto courier because they didn't report it to home done, delivery dates not adhered to with days of delivery promised but didn't happen, no regular updates on tracker either, not sure this experience will encourage me to use them again, what i ordered was a garden shed

The delivery company lost the item
On contacting Homedone they chased up and sent another one within 48 hours
I recieved the product and fantastic value and it fits in with existing chairs
