We placed an order for a garden gate on the 22/07/2026. We were informed on the emailed order confirmation a 3-10 day delivery. It is now the 06/09/2026 still no gate. We contacted Home Done by phone and email over the past weeks and told the gate had been damaged in transit, then lost in transit and then offered a full refund which we accepted. Still awaiting the refund. Their telephone system is now down due to upgrade! Has anyone else had issues with Home Done.

I had a bad experience with them, ordered a sofa and it’s been over a month and still no sign of it.. I have reached out to them 3 times and there still isn’t any positive outcome. Will NOT recommend

Ordered a sofa from these guys in June. Received email to say with couriers at end of July. Thought great I will have in next 10 days emails says. Not received anything. Do not order with them. Communication has been poor. They have not located my sofa and they have taken my money!

Ordered 5th August. Told would arrive by latest 31st. No delivery just messages saying wait longer. They are ignoring my instructions to cancel. Case opened with bank DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM SCAMMERS. Wish I had read reviews before seems to be a flurry of 1 star reviews over the last couple of weeks. Not wasting my time contacting them straight to my bank. Absolute joke regarding there phone lines upgraded blah blah so no chance of speaking to anyone.

I ordered a Jet-Spray Animal Repellent with estimated delivery of 24th Jul - 3rd Aug. As of 4th September not only have I not received the product, but I've no contact from the company since placing the order, and they don't reply to my emails.

They've taken my money but haven't sent the product or engaged in communication with me to offer a refund. I'm beginning to wonder if the company is a scam.

Do not order from this company ever. My furniture is so delayed and they keep saying wait 24/48 hours for delivery. Customer service is appalling... I am still waiting for my order months later...

Very bad company . Warning don’t place an order . Delivery times are very much wrong . I’ve chased my order for weeks and now home done have stopped responding. I hope I get my refund because after weeks waiting for my chairs I cancelled the order

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT OS A SCAM.
Ordered a set of drawers waited 3 weeks emailed them to see where they were they apparently said they are “lost in transit” said they would send me some more. After more back and forth emails they couldn’t send the drawers told me they were going to send me a refund. After another week I emailed again asking where my refund was they said they are having problems with their bank. Still no refund now they are ignoring me. Avoid at all costs I have contacted trading standards and now have to claim my money back through credit card company. Terrible company do not use.

Why won't anyone shut this company down? Look at all the 1* reviews it's a complete sham? Nightmare 🤓 today is the 2nd September been waiting on my refunds since 28th July. You need to let your bank, klarna, PayPal etc know...

Ordered a sofa on the 21st July 2026 and was given an estimated delivery date of between the 4th -10th August. The date came and went with no delivery and no communication. Follow-up emails from myself were met will replays of "just give it another 7 days, it's been dispatched", either that or they are ignored. Come to today, 1 September and no sofa and no communication, added to which, their phone switchboard is now out of service. I do not trust this company to delivery anything. I will be seeking a chargeback from my bank. The recent flurry of 1 star reviews would suggest that I am not alone in my experience.

Was sent email to say sofa being delivered 21st August, got rid of my old one and still haven't received the new one it's now the1st september ,you can't be reached on the phone and when I email you ,you email back you have issued a ticket ,we'll thats3 tickets and still no sofa ,the company is a joke

I have already given a review under the manufacturers name for this 3 seater swing seat. Delivery was good. Product arrived well packed. Product was missing some screws and washers. Wood was cracked in some places. Not quality fir. It didn't fit together without recutting three slots. Eventually assembled over a day by 2 people.

Do not buy from this company they are scammers. They have not sent me my sofa and I’ve not replied to any emails.

Dont waste your money Just wow the reviews are shocking I wish I had read it ordered atable and chairs waited ages says its been lost just get constantly fobbed off the phone line doesn't work but someone rang me off the same number I have never experienced such a terrible company im getting in touch with trading standards there ripping people off 4 weeks to wait i could of made my own table awful people

I ordered a corner sofa and puffet on the 17th of july ,you promised delivery on 3 seperate occasions still didnt arrive we since had to cancel the order as she desperately needs something to sit on and you didnt deliver
We have emailed you numerous time no reply we have asked for full refund of £655.15 and you just ignored me this is the last message im contacting tradeing standards,and if not sorted will take you to court and that will cost you more

DONT BUY FROM THEM. That's all I will say. They are a scam, don't know how they haven't been shut yet. I ordered table on August 7, with estimated delivery 24-27 Aug. No updates, no tracking order no nothing. On 24th they told me courier picked up the order but I didn't get any notifications - there simply no order as of 28 Aug.. They are just scammers and honestly someone needs to report them for fraud asap before more people are scammed.

I orderd a sofa on the 23rd July with a delivery time frame of 4-17th August.

As soon as I placed my order I called to explain we are ready for the sofa if anything can be done to push it to the beginning of the delivery window we would really appreciate as we returned from a overseas posting we had no furniture.

I’m now 11 days over the delivery window and still no sign of the sofa to be told every week to patiently wait a few more days or it will be delivery by the end of the next week. It’s now the end of the week and I still have no delivery window. I have a disabled son at home that makes the situation even harder for me and this company don’t care. I was told that until another person in My area places an order it won’t be delivered as they don’t have any more deliveries on my route. Now their phone lines are cut off ( it says they are getting a new service provider although it’s been down for 4 days now ). Please AVOID AVOID AVOID
