The delivery service was excellent, delivered on the date arranged and was given a time slot the night before it arrived and was in that time slot. The delivery men carried it up stairs to my home and put it right where I needed it. There were both friendly and respectful.

I have always purchased Hotpoint for my washing machines
I have always purchased Hotpoint for my washing machines. When my latest washing machine broke just after a Hotpoint repair, I decided I did not want to await an engineer again. Instead I used my insurance scheme Smartcare rewards ( very slightly cheaper than the High street) to purchase another. It arrived in just under 1 month and it was delivered by Hotpoint. The advertisements claim it is made by Hotpoint engineers, but I think it was made by Beko in Milan or Turkey. My only complaint, at the price, was you are expected to download a full instruction manual. It would have cost the manufacturer very little to supply. It has a 12 month warranty so I have purchased insurance. I will see if it is reliable in the next few months. Delivery was very good. I was offered a cleaning kit, but like everyone else on the internet, I never received it.

Faulty installation
The washing machine itself is lovely and washes the clothes very well but unfortunately the installation has not been done correctly because I am having water from the machine coming into my sink. I have called to get it rectified and still have not been given a date as to when this can be fixed. The engineer that came to my property was very professional and polite so im not complaining about him just he may have missed something small.
