Delivered the goods ok but did not have the correct training to install my new one after paying £90.00 installation fee , I did receive a credit but had to find a plumber for the installation. .. Sorry!!!!!

Exceptional service…
The delivery of my new washing machine went very smoothly with the instillation and testing of the new and removal of old machine only took a short time. Unpacking and removing of packaging took place outside. All in all a very quick and pleasant experience. Thank you!

The fitting engineer refused to fit the machine and I had to employ a plumber who had o hesitation on fitting it. Very disappointed with this and the time I waited for the service
