The washing machine itself is lovely and washes the clothes very well but unfortunately the installation has not been done correctly because I am having water from the machine coming into my sink. I have called to get it rectified and still have not been given a date as to when this can be fixed. The engineer that came to my property was very professional and polite so im not complaining about him just he may have missed something small.

Kiddies kingdom delived the pram that I ordered and when I found a stain on the main part of the pram I immediately sent them an email requesting a collection and refund and I was unsatisfied with the product. I have yet to receive a reply even though I called and was reassured I would hear back within 24 hours.
I have followed up with a second email but still no response. Service is disgraceful and the product is poor.
I am a very unhappy customer.
