First of all, advent calendar arrived by the skin of it's teeth just in time. I can let that go. However - it is missing paints completely and my emails are being ignored. So - not happy, as this was a very disappointing gift.

I ordered from Pott’d in October and had a really good experience. I then placed an order on 15th November for £170 worth of stuff for Christmas including my daughter’s advent calendar. We are now two and a half weeks on and I haven’t received anything! I have emailed them twice and had absolutely nothing back. I am absolutely livid! This is not okay! You’re advertising your products everywhere but then fail to deliver. What is going on???! You need to contact me as a matter of urgency!

Really lovely products. There was an issue with delivery, but the Customer Support team (Rona) were fantastic and sorted the issue quickly and efficiently

I ordered an advent calendar some time ago. Got an email saying late to dispatch some time later which said at latest be sent by 18th November. I still heard nothing so emailed on 20th saying cancel my order and send a full refund as it would not reach me in time to give before end of month to the intended recipient. They replied to my email asking them to cancel my order on the 25th saying sorry for delay and it would be sent - completely ignoring the ask to cancel as they missed delivery and I had waited a long time. I responded immediately explicitly asking them to cancel and they still posted it. I have emailed three times since asking for a free return label and a full refund and ignoring all emails. Horrendous customer service still no resolution and no response to emails since they posted it (when asked to cancel).

Nothing is too much trouble for this fabulous company! I’ve contacted their team on more than one occasion and experienced the very best customer service. Very speedy responses too despite it being their busiest time of year. The kits are just fabulous, great quality and will be very well received. Would not hesitate to buy from them again!

Very disappointed. Ordered three kits and one has arrived in a soaking wet box. I've emailed them twice and no response.

Very helpful customer service team, especially Rona who helped me out very quickly after a mistake of my own making!

Edit: Since posting my original review they have replied to my emails, offered me a 30% off voucher for a single item AND chased up my order, it arrived today (28th Nov). They said there was a problem with their supply chain, but I'm not so certain.

I ordered an advent calendar in October (pre-order) as well as a few other items. I have had no communication about delivery. I've emailed twice and only had automated replies. From reviews, it seems as if their email system may be down. I've tried contacting them via Facebook, but nothing back yet.

Great customer service. Timely reply and they were able to resolve my issue quickly. Really pleased and would recommend based service. The product I order was the advent and I have not started it yet but can confirm the packaging is fab.

No news since I placed my order on October 16, no response via the contact forms or on Instagram. I think the advent calendar will at best arrive in 2026, and at worst I’ll have to kiss my money goodbye. Run away, they didn’t get this rating by accident.

I am changing my review as I did receive my calendar, and the calendar is of lovely quality. It's just such a shame the company had no communication in explaining the delays.

Ordered an Advent calendar and gift set on the 30/09/25 on a pre order. Delivery scheduled for 1st November since then delivery has been delayed twice. The latest email I received has said it will be shipped on the 25th November. I emailed back within 20mins of getting the email asking to cancel my order, but I have yet to hear back (been waiting 4 days on a response). I understand things go wrong and can run late, but the awful customer service, lack of communication and difficulty in getting hold of them feels a bit scammy. They are still advertising the advent calendar for sale, even though they are clearly having problems. Very quick to take your money, but then nothing. It’s a shame, because I really liked their products.

I ordered a birthday gift with 1-2 day delivery. Then heard nothing until a week after I'd ordered to say that they had had an issue with processing my order (though not taking the payment obviously!) and refunded me the shipping fee. Since then (three days ago) I haven't heard anything. I agree that it feels scammy - wouldn't recommend ordering from these guys. Obviously it's now well past my recipient's birthday!
Edit to add: I have emailed this company many times regarding my order and haven't received a satisfactory response. Don't be fooled by this response to my review thinking they'll sort any issue you have

Ordered an Advent calendar 10/10/25 on a pre order. Delivery scheduled for 1st November since then delivery has been delayed twice. Now quoting 25 November for it will be shipped. Running very late for advent! If there is a problem with the order not enough time to resolve before hand now. All feels a bit scammy. All they've offered is 30% off my next order in a generic email which I've been sent twice both time extending the dispatch date... I'm not sure there will be a next time as I haven't got this one yet 50 day after ordering! Still advertising the advent box all over socials.

I ordered two of the advent calendars back in early October for my daughter and a friend. Shipping date 30th October. In mid October received an email stating there was a "small delay" and these would now be shipped 18th November. Lo and behold that date has now too passed by, with no further updates and only a standard template response to my email. Whilst I understand when I first ordered in early October, this was listed as "pre-order", the fact that this is a seasonal item and two shipping dates have already been missed, suggests a massive lack of preparedness! Unsurprisingly the advent calendar keeps appearing in my feeds as "deal of the day" and "Black Friday special"...now with a shipping date of 26th November! Perhaps instead of accepting more orders and taking money from more unsuspecting people, the existing outstanding orders could perhaps be fulfilled and shipped to those people waiting for weeks already? Whilst I can totally understand that problems can occur with manufacturing and shipping, from reading other reviews it is obvious this is affecting a lot of people and has been going on for quite some time, and yet the item is still being pushed all over socials and still available to purchase! The whole experience has been really frustrating and disappointing and now just feels like I've fallen for a scam and waiting for the inevitable "we are so sorry we cannot fulfil your order" email ... probably on 30th November when it will be too late to arrange anything else.

I placed an order on 11/5 which said 2-3 day shipping. I have not received my order and have not been notified that the order has even shipped. I have tried emailing their customer service multiple times over the past 2 weeks with no response. I received an email with a $13 refund with no explanation and that is not my order total so I don't believe my order was cancelled? I understand this can be a busy time but the complete lack of communication is super disappointing.

Loved my pottery set (an unexpected gift) - contains absolutely everything you need to start.
And customer services has been super helpful responding to queries.

Not what I wanted - thought it was a pottery set but just two mugs and paint which means price is unreasonable. Only way to correspond is via their email address. So far sent 4 emails trying to cancel and one email asking for a way to return it. No response. Had auto replies only. Plan to give them a week and then try to get satisfaction via paypal complaints
