Right from me first ordering the watch it was brilliant, the ordering was easy and delivery was very fast arriving exactly as promised. The packaging was first class and the watch is a class timepiece and a pleasure to have on my wrist. I have had no reason to contact Christophe Duchamp as everything is perfect but I am sure that if I did they would be just as polite and professional as they have been up to now. I would recommend this product and the company to anyone, five stars all the way

Absolutely stunning watch great quality a gift to treasure

Firstly ordered and paid for 2 watches to be told later that one was out of stock and I could chose another watch. Not the one my wife wanted!! Second watch came with a smashed box!! That has now been replaced.
Disappointed that there was no insensitive to buy further watches that I was going to do!
Don’t let this put you off as the watch itself is great

Though it was sad that the brand of watch that I had paid to purchase became out of stock, the Customer Service Agent - Jemma Smith was very understanding, apologetic and immediately offered solutions to getting an alternative choice.
She even gave me a follow up call to ensure I was feeling less disappointed and more assured of the transaction.
For someone who is a 1st time customer, the disappointment could have meant that I no longer patronised the brand but Jemma Smith helped restore that confidence.
The delivery of the watch went smoothly and I was delighted to not only receive the watch but also received a welcomed complimentary rucksack.
You have truly managed to turn a disappointment around.

Adam advertised a free pair of Ray Ban sunglasses the same day we ordered the watch, sadly, very disappointed when we received Boss. Not good practice on your part. We think very highly of Adam.

I had received a discount code from vodaphone to use on a selected line of watches to which I used. However there seemed to be an inventory error on their end but they handled this issue so amazingly by honouring my discount on a different line so I could still receive a fantastic watch from them. Their communication with me was top notch and they handled the issue so quickly I was amazed. Brilliant customer service!

I bought this Christophe Duchamp Elysées watch (order 232094556) as a Christmas gift in December 2025. Within five months it developed a faulty movement and began losing time. The problem has been getting progressively worse and it now loses around 15 minutes every week. For a watch with a perpetual movement at this price point, I would not recommend it.
I registered the watch on the official Christophe Duchamp service centre website and submitted a formal warranty claim to HSC Nederland The warranty has been completely ignored. No reply, not even a basic acknowledgement.
A defective Christmas gift that fails within months is bad enough. A distributor that goes silent when you report a faulty movement and request warranty service makes it significantly worse. If you are considering buying a Christophe Duchamp watch, be aware that after-sales support from HSC Nederland appears non-existent.
I will update this review if the situation is resolved.
