I am following instructions and unable to change my addess. The sysytem has me locked out. Customer Service says they cannot change it, therefore I cannot deposite funds, Get a Debt Card or Transfer funds!
HELP!!! THIS WAS MY OWN PERSONAL NUMBER AND NAME I PUT HERE AND "NOT NOT NOT" some elses as you have accused me!
I NO LONGER LIKE WAISE AND WILL AVOID USING IT!! HOW DARE YOU!! Your SYSTEM SUCKS and I as for help and put my personal info fo help and you accuse me of FRAUD!!! FU!!

In general, you should be able to change the address from under your personal settings. If you couldn't do that, then you just need to send over a proof of address document: https://wi.se/documentupload, and get in touch with us. More details on which documents we accept here: https://wi.se/verifyyouraddress.
We need to see certain information in your address document. If we can't see them, we'll need to reject it and ask you to upload a new one. That doesn't mean that we're accusing you, and we're sorry to hear that you've felt that way.
