If I could give zero stars I would. They false advertise the “high” quality product they sell on their website. They resell Chinese product for a profit and send you garbage. Then they ignore your refund emails and force you to chargeback through your bank. Ordered a Captain America shield depicted on the site. Received crap. Don’t buy from them

Scam Spider-Man mask cheap

Mask is not detailed how it is in the picture false advertisement you think you are getting something that you want then you ask to be sure they say yes it’s 3d webbing on Spiderman mask it comes in mail and looks like a cheap knock off you email them and they say they will fix it but never actually do save your money and Im Kyle hasn’t responded neither has Gerald and I’m trying to get a refund or the real mask that’s in the picture I’m still waiting until then I’ll give them 1 star

These guys are simply the absolute best. I have purchased I think eight (8) or nine (9) Iron Man helmets and the ‘arm’, and while I could simply just say the product quality and prices are really good, it’s how these guys make you know how much they appreciate your business that’s amazing. They check on you, they care, they respond, they’re helpful. They define ‘customer service’, their photos should be included with ‘excellent customer service’ in the dictionary or encyclopedia.

I ordered an arc reactor phone charger it took about a month to show up and it wasn’t working properly so i made a complaint. Immediately i was contacted and i cant lie i went on karen time and even with my unnecessary disrespect they handled it professionally and with urgency and was communicative at every update on the free replacement they sent me. Got the replacement and she works like a beauty the depths these guys go to keep their integrity is what business used to thrive on im glad it hasn’t been forgotten with these guys. THANK YOU

I did have a problem with this order but was refunded

So there was some kind of delay with my shipping. Which, because of unforeseen “global circumstances” which were of no fault to HeroSlash. But they certainly made up for it. Even though they didn’t have to. They were so available during the whole process and emailed often to confirm my product was on its way. They were really just wonderful. And I recommended them to a couple of my friends. I want to thank them again for being so great about everything. And the item I ordered is so freaking cool and works great!

With any company there is always the possibility of a product maybe damaged or not working, I ordered a stand for my iron man helmet and for some reason the light didn't go on, it happens, no fault of Heroslash. Where the integrity and real character of the company comes in is after that issue happens. I expressed the issue to the company and immediately received an email from their customer support team Kyle Lamis. Kyle acknowledged the issue apologized and immediately put in a replacement product at not cost, no hassle. He continued to keep communication and responded to my emails literately within hours. To me that is more important than anything, this is a solid company with incredible customer support, which is why i will buy from them again. Thank you Kyle you are awesome!!!!

Very fast response time and amazing customer service. Very polite and made sure I had all the answers I needed. They made sure I understood the process it takes to prepare and send out these very well crafted and unique items. Extremely well done.

I had an issue with the product that was resolved in a timely manner above my expectations. I spoke to real life representative, (Pedro) no automatic phone service which was very helpful. Everyone I spoke to was a genuinely nice and accommodating person. Which in today's world is a rarity. Wish this company all the success!

When I had questions, they always responded. Not only responded but, fast and SUPER POLITE, and on it!!
My MK5 is cool only wish it had brief instructions.
