Worst TV I've ever had. Everything is up to date but had constant connectivity issues, apps don't load, apps don't launch, interface is slow. Avoid this brand.

I would not recommend using this company. I booked a hotel and was very specific on what I needed which was two beds. I was told on the phone I could cancel up to a certain date for a penalty and that it was confirmed two beds. After paying and getting my confirmation it was not guaranteed to have two beds and there was no cancellation for any refund. I feel lied to and mislead. Avoid this service provider.

Update: Contacted them directly after they responded and they've been beyond unhelpful ever after admitting some of the info provided on the phone they stated was false. Once again I'll say avoid this service provider!!!

Selling obviously fake products as real. Won't grant a refund even though they say 30 day money back guarantee UNLESS I pay to ship it back to China. Do not buy from this place. I would rate a 0 if I could.

My pillow looked nothing like what's in the ads and website. The casing also gets very scratchy and balls up. Would not recommend at all and I feel I got scammed.

Bought a pair of shoes true to size. They ran long so the same day I received them I followed their return instructions and contacted the email address. Still have not received any response. I even reached out to their chat support within the seven day return window and they assured me someone would get back to me. Shipping took a while too. Not impressed at all and now stuck with shoes that don't fit right . Thanks🙄.

Don't ship from here as their return policy is misleading in terms of it you're applying coupon codes even ones that auto applied.

Update: Barks customer service yeah was great and did assist as much as they could, but there are limitations with iOS that are not their fault. Thanks.

This app is not good. It constantly stops working after a heavy config process. It's also relatively easy for kids to circumvent on iOS. Been trying to dial it in for nearly two years and it's been a horrible experience. Look for other solutions.

A month later and still have not received product. Their ads claim they manufacture in the USA but it's clear from the shipping details is coming from China. How are they allowed to get away with that? Customer service was no help. Steer clear.
