Don't order from KICKSOWN. I can't fit to the size so I decided to make a return. They told me only can get refund of 20% of the price plus I have to pay for taxes and shipping.

They give you a fake charge for tariffs and on top of that they sent me a item that was damaged. The offer was 10 dollars off effectively which is the cost of the "tariff". Shit ch*nese company tbh.

Just a warning do not buy these guys provide terrible service and will rip you off not legit at all

I bought two pairs of Lining running shoes (Red Hare 9 Ultra and Fedian Elite 6) on kicksown because the price was the best I could find.

The delivery to germany took a little over 2 weeks and was within the timeframe they stated during the purchasing process.

Based on the text on their website I expected that import sales tax was not included in the price I paid and I would additionally have to pay custom duty because both shoes together were over the custom duty free limit.

To my surprise neither was the case, they shipped both shoes in individual packages and the ~70€ extra cost I was expecting stayed in my pocket.

Got the correct shoes and size I ordered and confirmed on the lining counterfeit check website that both shoes are genuine products.

Overall everything went great, I expected a total cost of a little over 300€ and ended up only paying 230€.

Will most likely buy shoes again from them.

I paid 200 EUR for these shoes expecting premium quality, but it was a complete waste of money. The paint started peeling off incredibly fast, after just a few wears.When I contacted customer service about this obvious factory defect, they refused to give me a refund. Instead, they offered a useless 10 EUR coupon. This is an insult to the customer. I do not need a coupon for a store that sells overpriced, low-quality trash. Stay away from this shop!

Fast delivery even though it was very far. Shoe fit like a glove. The box was a little bit beaten up in shipping but it isn’t their fault. Also good price for the shoe k bought with nice colorway.

I ordered a custom pair of Sponge bob and patrick JA3 Nike basketball shoes. The company Kicksown advised that because they are custom, there are no returns. However, after one use, the paint they used to customize the soles started peeling off and the tip of one shoe's sole is starting to come unglued. If a company customizes something, they should stand behind their work and the materials they use. The customer service rep Amy Smith (if that's her real name) isn't offering any real correction to this problem but a $15 discount on $300 shoes.

I ordered a pair of Anta Kai 1 Dazzling Sun sneakers. The product itself is excellent and everything is fine.

The real downside is the customer service!!!
After the estimated delivery date had passed (about two weeks), the website still showed “ordered.” So I sent emails and asked questions on their website but never received a response.

More than two weeks AFTER the estimated delivery date, I honestly thought I’d been scammed and that I’d never receive my package...

I was so desperate that I even asked ChatGPT for help!
And that’s when it told me about 17track. 17track is a site that lets you track where your package is.
The site is updated once a day (unlike others...-_-) so it’s great when you’ve been waiting a WHOLE MONTH for a pair of €170 shoes!

As a result, I waited two more weeks for my order to arrive at the pickup point.
It was just a week before that when I finally received an email response from Kicksown telling me... to wait...

Now I understand better why people said they “never” received their orders—in fact, their packages probably did arrive, but it’s IMPOSSIBLE for the customer to know! So the package was sent back to the sender...

Please, Kicksown, SERIOUSLY review your customer service—it’s a disaster!

Bought a pair of shoes true to size. They ran long so the same day I received them I followed their return instructions and contacted the email address. Still have not received any response. I even reached out to their chat support within the seven day return window and they assured me someone would get back to me. Shipping took a while too. Not impressed at all and now stuck with shoes that don't fit right . Thanks🙄.

Just a Little late the shipping but allnis going well

Ordered 2 different pairs of basketball shoes:Anta Kai and LiNing Wade 808 5, for my 14 yrs old twin boys. The shipment lasted 3 weeks, knowing one pair came from Chine, I find it fine. The total amount payed was 269€ (discount included). Anta Kai are stil as new ones but Wade got a hole about 3 cm big.
Both pairs are worn ONLY indoors. So, I was offered a 20€ coupon discount for next purchase with explanation this is something that shoes may experience when they are worn? To last 3 and a half months??!!!
This is insulting and disappointing.
Will make sure that potential buyers in Croatia find out about the “quality” of bought shoes and how Kicksown treats their customers.

I bought something from this site, but my order never arrived. After two months, they told me the package had been lost, and I never got my money back either. Be careful with this site—it’s a total scam.

I can't trust the information given about the delivery time. If my order is going to take two months, just tell me.

Shipping was long, they said it would be. Got my shoes perfect condition, box was a little damaged shoes are fire shi. Reviews are deceiving I was nervous but got some quality limited kicks and they are legit i would purchase from them again!!🤷‍♂️
