Avoid Ashford Hills – watch received appears to be a very poor counterfeit

My experience is similar to many of the other reviews here.

It took over two months from the order date until delivery. I ordered a Swatch AP Royal Pop watch. When it still hadn’t arrived after a month, I contacted Ashford Hills several times and specifically questioned whether the product was genuine. They assured me that they would deliver the merchandise and explicitly told me that they do not sell fake products in their shop.

After more than two months, the parcel finally arrived — from China.

What I received appears to be one of the worst counterfeit watches I have ever seen. The quality is extremely poor, from the gift box to the watch itself, and several obvious design elements of the genuine watch are completely missing.

I contacted Ashford Hills immediately. They continued to claim that the product was original, but told me that if I wanted to cancel the purchase, I could return it to the sender in China, at my own expense.

I asked why I should have to pay international return shipping for a product that was sold to me as genuine but appears to be counterfeit. Their response was simply that they don’t have a return service.

So after waiting more than two months for a product they repeatedly assured me was genuine, I received an extremely poor-quality watch from China that appears to be fake — and I am now expected to pay to ship it back to China myself.

This is by far one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had.

I strongly recommend staying away from Ashford Hills. Based on my experience, I would not buy anything from this company.

We ordered the Nike mind slides on their website I got my pair wrong size fake and tarnished box so we ordered another pair because we thought it was just a small mistake this time the BOX WAS FAKE THE COLOUR WAS WRONG THE SIZE WAS TOO BIG DO NOT ORDER ON ASHFORD HILLS THEY SALE FAKE STUFF and also we saw the negative reviews and said we trusted the site and gave them a chance that was a grave mistake

his company was advertised on the app SHOP selling merchandise. The product took over a month to arrive, and when it arrived, it was clearly an imitation - poorly made, with cheap material and off-color. I had the merchandise tested through a verification site, which returned the product to me as a "replica". That is not what was listed on the site. After reaching out and making the claim, the company, who was responsive - but would not provide a name - Stated they'd refund if I'd ship the product back to them - which they would not pay. The cost to ship the product to them would cost 3x what I spent on the product. They stated that they could only refund 40% if the merchandise was not returned. This communication was all by email and went on for days.

Selling obviously fake products as real. Won't grant a refund even though they say 30 day money back guarantee UNLESS I pay to ship it back to China. Do not buy from this place. I would rate a 0 if I could.

They sell Fake shoes

This company is a total fraud. Ordered Nike Minds, took ages to arrive and when they did they were a completely different size to what I’d ordered. Wrote to them to exchange and they said I should send them back to China which would cost £40 even by the cheapest way, or I could have a 20% discount on another pair? They sent the wrong size! The box is clearly fake too.

i ordered a pair of nike ssandals through them about a month ago and never recieved them. also tried contacting them multiple times and they never responded...

I will also weigh in and say do not purchase from this company. My wife ordered Nike Mind shoes and when arrived, even the box was obviously fake let alone the actual shoes

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! Ordered my product over a month ago and still haven’t received my product. I tried to get a refund but they won’t give me one. They keep sending me fake tracking activity. If I could negative stars I would. I will never buy from this company again.

Just got my Nike Mind.....yes it was a Long wait, an Yes the shipping came from China....but at $85.00 an you know they're over $160.00, what do you expect....unless someone is up on your foot to know the real.....I knew, so I'm not disappointed because they do look real an I ain't Complaining.....so if your going for the look an not so much the "Nike Status" get them....an if not go ahead an pay $160.00~$250.00....they all feel the same at the end of the day.....oh I Gave them a 4 rating because of the turn over time....3~4 weeks.....an I'll probably order another pair too....😅🤣😂

Sold me fake Nike Mind slides. I confirmed with Nike that they are fake based on pictures. Ashford Hills is not an authorized Nike retailer.

After 1 month I received 2 shoes instead of 3, both are the wrong size, the materials are very bad, I sent many emails till I received the 2 shoes, now they are not answering my emails, the site says the company is in the US but they are in China, they are scammers, my 250$ is lost forever

Do NOT buy trainers from these company. Do NOT buy ANYTHING from this company, They are selling fake trainers and they send you the wrong size, take forever to arrive I waited over a month for them to arrive take forever to refund your money. I bought these in April and I’m still waiting for my full refund and on top of that they attempting to refund £146 (for the trainers) when i spent £150 including shipping (£4) they are attempting to keep the shipping money and that will not be happening. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They come from china, are not even made properly, they make it seem like they are legit but they are not. If I could put -10 stars I would.

Horrible experience, I bought a Karol G Stanley Tumbler, and the quality is terrible. Seems to be a cheap copy. I contacted them and no answer. Please avoid it
