They deserve a 0
If I could give them a 0 it would be too high. I have spent over 8 hours trying to get into my account. The bot is completely useless and I repeatedly was refused live service. These jokers should not be in business. This is costing me thousands of dollars because I cannot execute trades. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST. I have been round and round with these jokers telling me my account is unlocked and 2 point authorization is disabled only to find it required during sign in. I have already tried his reply and I have filed a formal complaint against this company. Morgan Stanley , T Rowe Price would not get away with this in a milion years. These guys should be out of business. They have over 300 complaints on BBB and have ignored the vast majority of them.

Thanks for sharing your experience, Judy. If you're able to sign-in to your account from one device and not from another - make sure that the device approval e-mail you're interacting is the latest.
Some e-mail service tend to consolidate e-mails received from the same address that contains similar content. Some require you to look and click on the "View entire message" to see all and newer messages.
Since the approval e-mail only works on the most recent request, you can try deleting any received approval e-mails (as they would have already expired) and try again later. This makes sure that the e-mail you receive is the definitive one and should work if done within the given time-frame.
