SCAM!!!!! There’s no 0 stars for this if there was I would make sure!!! Awful customer service who do not reply to your emails the customer service might as-well not exists and with a rubbish website! Paid £15 for express shipping now I’m getting told I have to wait a few days for verification when the money has already left my account!! The bank have already authorised this payment!!!! What kind of a scam is this? Sort it out and get my order shipped! I’ve never had to go through such an shambolic experience with a luxury shopping website! Debited my money from my account when I cancelled my order how dare they!!!!!

Absolute shambles of a e-commerce retail fashion brand never shop from plt! The online chat agent ZULAKA taking forever to reply approx 10-15 to reply to one message and not resolving my issue told me to send back the faulty items when it was there fault quality control couldn’t do a simple job her reply time was awful I am overly disappointed and dissatisfied with pretty little thing! Paid £5.99 for next day delivery for the package to have three missing items and 4 damaged and faulty items! I cannot believe I shopped of plt for a load of rubbish! Not a good customer service base very useless and unhelpful taking 10 minutes to rely to one message when I spent £80 never again!!! Wasted a whole day trying to come to a solution and still in a big mess!!!
