On time, good communication

Delivery took eight days but they did reply immediately when I emailed them about the delay.
I ordered an Endeavour jacket which I am quite happy with. I am normally a medium size and the US med, size fits ok, maybe slightly large but it doesn,t matter. It is made in China which makes it an affordable price. We are in the middle of a heatwave so I won,t be wearing it for a while.

I have used them several times for slides to dvd, vhs tapes to dvd and memory stick. The results have always been excellent.

I have just installed a Mylek 1Kw ceramic panel heater. I found the wall mounting a bit fiddley but I got there eventually. I have spent a lot of time trying to program the timer, reading the instructions over and over again, and after about ten attempts I think I have sorted it. I was hoping it would switch off completely when it was not required but the best I could do was set it at 1.5C which is almost no electricity at all, I think.

No problems. Good communication and they paid more than the pre-inspection quote. Money in the bank within a week.

I phoned Affinion Probate with the intention of applying for letters of administration and after explaining my situation , the gentleman on the phone reckoned that it probably would not be needed, and he was right. They could have just taken my money so I thank them for their honesty.

They did manage to collect an old armchair on a saturday at a couple of hours notice. The collection crew were pleasant and professional. It was a bit pricey but I was happy to pay for a quick response.

I get several calls a day from energy advisors and yesterday a man knocked on the front door wanting to give me energy advice. I tell them I don,t want energy advice but patience is wearing thin.

After waiting 2 weeks for something to happen I tried the chat line which told me I had gone off line after my question had been put to them. Then I had an email saying that my order had been passed to the nursery team. Another week and finally my order had been shipped to Hermes. Hermes took a week to deliver the order so my plants had been in a cardboard box for a week in Hermes warehouse or in a van. The box was somewhat squashed when it eventually arrived but the plants were ok surprisingly since two of them were 6 foot tall. i also had an invite to provide feedback but there was an error establishing database communication !
I gave them 3 stars because the plants were ok and maybe, like the online bicycle sites, they have just been overwhelmed during lockdown.
