Very Good Quality Plants, well packaged and arrived on time to my difficult to find address. Very happy customer.

Ordering plants at the end of the season can lead to disappointment, but I can truly say this was not the case with the plants I ordered. Beautiful wallflower plants with fresh-looking, shiny leaves. I have just received my second order for some hollyhocks, again, well-established plants. I have to say the packaging is amazing... no leaking soil, nothing broken. Definitely the best online plants I've bought by far.

Plants arrived on time, very well protected and packaged (took me ages to unpack them!). Nice assortment.

The order was split into 9 different packages. They arrived a few days apart. The courier sent emails and texts for each individual parcel.
The large plants were in boxes which had split - although the plants were undamaged.
Frustratingly there was no documentation in any of the parcels leaving me to guess which rootball was which. We will find out next spring!

Purchased two bonsai trees, when they arrived, they were much better than I thought they would be. A present for my wife who is absolutely delighted, especially when they come with their own bonsai pots and saucers. Would recommend that gardening express to anyone looking for plants. I expected delivery to take 4 or 5 days and was really pleased when it only took two.

The Lavender plants were marvellous , far more established than expected. The packaging was also excellent. Thanks!

Great. Loads of variety in my lucky dip. I definitely got my money's worth. They were all hiden in a secret layer in the box!!!

Delivery rearranged again and am concerned re condition of expensive plants. Driver this time said wouldn't be delivering yet still within 'delivery time window'. If plants are in poor condition I will not order from this company again.

Very poor quality violas ,arrived with brown and yellow diseased looking leaves .customer services said this is normal at this time of year .i then replaced with healthy looking plants from local garden centre .i would avoid buying online from them .

Ordered bamboo plants and they arrived very promptly, well packaged and are really lush, lovely specimens. So pleased with my purchase and with Gardening Express. Thank you.

I received this item and even though it was a reduced item I would have not have even contemplated purchasing it had I seen it in real life. When contacting the company 'bot' was told someone would contact me in 3 days - wrong. Nobody has been in touch. A disgraceful company who palms off rejects to unsuspecting internet buyers. One star is one too many but had to put something. Postage cost on top of item made this a very expensive plant destined for the compost heap!

I ordered a bonsai tree for a wedding present at the snip of the cost from a garden centre.I have unwrapped it to check it’s condition.I was a bit sceptical as it was such a bargain.
It is a beautiful tree& the couple have gone to Nepal to marry.We saw bonsai together at the garden centre recently so I know they’ll be delighted& think it’s very special.Coming from Asia it will have spiritual significance for them.A happy customer.🙏

Lucky dip was not so lucky as on of the 3 plants ordered looks to be on its last legs. Yukka plants are very good though.
