Bet with them for about a month. Net losing account and was quoted Identity fraud/collusion/exploitation – all b0ll0x

Waste of time

Hired a "small" car for 5 days from Zurich airport (via Swissair).
Collected at 22.00, small queue which went quickly, friendly and helpful young man got us the keys in 15 minutes, no high pressure sales for insurance etc. and even got an upgrade.

No need for photos as they are automatically taken existing and returning to the airport.

Return was seamless. Very rare thing but they get a 10/10 from me

Should be zero stars. Used them to send £200 parcel to India which got lost. Supplied proof of collection and non-delivery numerous times but compensation (only £50) turned down for bizarre reasons. I cannot be bothered to keep chasing them, but do yourself a favour and avoid these CROOKS and just book direct with the carrier – in my case Pareclforce who will not deal with me

Wrongly collected my parcel, failed to cancel order and delivered to the wrong person. Chat support worse than useless. £100+ up in smoke!

Online offered £121 for my Galaxy S20 Plus

Was then sent a random video of a bloke waving my/a phone around and offered £10 saying it was faulty due to scratches near the charge point! There are negligible marks there, but show me any 3 year old phone without blemishes here...

Complete waste of my time!!

Ordered three Pink work shirts at more than 70% off. Delivered in three days, contained free returns label, but not needed as fitted perfectly. No complaints here!
