Honestly stay away, I withdrew a small amount of money. Luckily it wasn't alot that I lost & i haven't got the documentation at the moment that they require so kindly asked for the withdrawal to be cancelled and they basically said no they need the documents. Keep it you robbers!!!!!! Scam! Don't use!!!!!! Customer communication is also shocking.

I signed up to this site yesterday - I withdrew £40. I have contacted via email (which has not been replied to) and the help option. I was advised that it would take 48hours which I suppose is okay then I got a email advising unless I provided a upto date full bank statement as well as my pic of my card I they couldn't send the funds. Prior to this I had uploaded a pic of my id , front and back , a pic of my address from the required offical document as well. You can only upload 6 photos so front and back of my id is 2 photos , 2 photos for front and back of my address which had to be from hmrc - then 2 pics of my card front and back then I was asked to provide a bank statement - not bank confirmation details it had to be a statement? So now this company has all my personal details and said they look at it and come back to me in 48hours!!!!! Thats not even them confirming the withdrawal. I am investigating this and also alerted my bank. If anyone has any experience of the same thing with the site please let me know as ive contacted legal advise and apparently they are known for this and its not legal. Ive got to phone my bank back to recall the card payments I made (thank fully its only £80) but any evidence to support this would be appreciated

Do not trust this site!! Deposited a decent bit of money and went to withdraw some winnings (only about 1/5 of what I deposited) and they locked my account and are withholding my funds. Their website is clearly a scam

Where to start?

It looks ok at the beginning!
But than you get logged out in the middle of Blackjack Hands and when you can’t find the table back it’s almost 100% a loss!

This happened about 12 times for £300.
Than when you talk to their live chat they keep saying yes please give us a video when it happens.

That’s the whole thing! I don’t know when it happens.
Then they want id number of the bet. And than they say yeah you’ve placed a bet nothing we can do!

Can’t complain at all! Signed up today and deposited £40 and withdrew £160 and it was in my account within 30 mins. I then deposited a further £20 and managed to withdraw £260!! Amazing site, fast withdrawals. Will continue playing 😊

I have never felt the need to sign up and review a company before now.

Took part in their promotion of £20.00 deposit for 100 free spins. Setup account and deposited no problem, stake placed and spins used. Now, attempting to withdraw and it's document after document required for verification. At this point I'm writing it off as a lesson learnt (I assume this is their tactic and I'm playing to it).

They keep telling me ive reached the limit of cards on my account. A card that is no longer valid they've asked for a copy of the bank statement for that card. They also told me the deposit with that card didn't go through. So my advice is avoid opening an account with them

New to this casino and managed to win £140 from a £20 deposit. Had to provide ID and copy of bank card used for deposit before I could withdraw, which I duly uploaded.
Withdrawal processed next morning (within about 12 hours), so not too bad, but only 4 stars as other casinos process instantly, which is much better.
I feel your reviews would be much higher if you moved to automatically processed withdrawals once ID is sorted.
