I have contact their customer support multiple times through phone and email. The rental company told me they didnt have a car for me but i had a reservation.
They told me they would contact the company and i would get my money back. I still dont have my money back after 4-5 weeks.
Things can happend with third party rental companies. But i dont have to wait so long to get my money back. This sounds like a scam.

First part of the tour nobody spoke English. So we didn't know what the plan is or anything.
Before the event I contacted the company through 4 different ways because we wanted to meet them at the departure site and not at the pick up.
Finally I let a local call them so I would've gotten some info. They told me they will send me a WhatsApp the day before. The message never came. On the phone they told us to be there at 6. The explanation started an hour later so they made us wait for at least an hour. No idea why I had to be there at 6.
The balloon flight was nice as you would expect. The pilot did his job, it was a relaxing flight.
The "champagne" was a luke warm sip of a sweet peach wine -ish. There was a speech.. in Spanish.
After the flight again confusing because we had no idea what the plan is.
After we had an amazing breakfast at a nice restaurant and after that we were given a couple tours in English what saved the day. The tour givers gave us a great time with some drinking.

Would I recommend the company? Not really.
Would I recommend the balloon flight. I thought it would be a bit longer if you ask me. For me it was a nice experience but I wouldn't do it again. Maybe because a week before I jumped out of a plain to do some parashute diving.


After reaction of company: well that is a lie. I have emails you and it took you a couple days to reply. So you did know about and you basically said I had to suit myself.. so yeah...
