Actually talking to someone during the booking and confirmation of appointments was great. Followed up by a really helpful, pragmatic, real world hearing test that gave a surprising result. I was convinced I desperately needed hearing aids, but Stephen advised me that I was borderline and it could be another couple of years before I should try them. No sales pressure at all made the experience much nicer too. Highly recommended.

The fridge freezer is really, really good and has exceeded my expectations.very spacious with easy to access and use shelves and drawers. The internal water tank for the chilled water works very well too. And all at a great price.

I never thought I would buy a crash helmet on line but when I found an irresistible offer on Sportsbikeshop I thought I'd try it. With free next day delivery and free returns with up to one year to return it for refund or exchange.

Ordering was a breeze, next day delivery was on-time within the one hour time slot given and the driver was friendly and careful with the package.

The helmet was great but too small so I arranged a return which was just as simple as buying, especially as the box it arrives in is designed for re-use with the lid folding and fastening the opposite way to how it arrived. So simple.

The second helmet arrived the next day, same high quality service and a good fit.
