I prefer to do things actually speaking to a person, and you get that option with Swinton. The person who I spoke to (Kyle) was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very pleased.

Easy enough to sort out contents insurance online. Seemed a reasonable price.

So far (touch wood) I haven’t so can’t rate of their actual service.

However cost was significantly cheaper than others. So a good start. Plus, it’s a well established name in the industry. Gives you peace of mind.

Hopefully I never have to find out how good their claims department is…
