The most useless company I have ever…

The most useless company I have ever encountered.

I have rented a flat for 1 year at Greenwich DLR and paid rent dutifully. It has been more than 2 months since I left and I have not received my 2000 pounds deposit back. Not even asked for any deductions, the agency simply ignores my requests to give the deposit back.

The managers are extremely unprofessional. My emails were left ignored.

Had to file a dispute and in a process of a legal action against the agency.

Will never deal with JLL ever again.
