Not at all happy.
Placed an order in March 2026 and am still waiting. Tracking number isn't valid anymore. The company told me to be patient they had a lot of orders and the item was in transit. Still hasn't arrived. I asked for a refund at the end of May and have not got any response.
I would not order anything from this company.

Problem getting an appointment for fitting a smart meter wasn't easy on the website but customer service were brilliant and have organised an appointment on a date and time that works for me.

Installation was very neatly done.
Slight delay in getting connected because our fibre wasn't connected at the chamber, we were kept informed all the time.
Now working well and the speed is so much faster.

Dishpatch have been quick to resolve our problem of the meal arriving with the soup bag leaking making the box soggy.
They have said this isn't their usual standard and have generously offered a replacement.
Great customer support.

Sizing can vary, previously I bought a medium and the fit was great, this time the item was more a small than medium. Yoga stretch leggings.
Quality of fabric is good.
The time from order to delivery can be quite long so allow for this.

Delivery of our new washing machine at the time expected, removal of the old machine and installation of the new was well done. AO staff were polite and considerate.

Good communication, being able to track collection and know when delivery was going to happen. Care taken on loading, transit and delivery into my home. Polite staff who were very helpful.

Our very small shower room has been a challenge and when ever I phoned for advice in heights , widths, compatibility of products etc the person on the end of the phone couldn't have been more helpful, even phoning me back with more detail. The taps I bought arrived as promised, on time ready for my plumber to fit. I would definitely recommend others use Victoria Plumbing.

Flooring was exactly as described.
Advice on how to get a good finish as we are extending our existing floor was very helpful.
The one damaged pack was replaced by next day delivery, so no delays to laying the floor.
