Scam! My order never arrived. Ordered at beginning of May. Emails ignored. Quick enough to take my money. I will NEVER order from a Facebook advert again. I'm thankful I only lost £30!

They don’t deserve any stars as they are a scam! I ordered an item in April, despite me sending numerous e mails, I only ever had one reply asking for my patience and my item was on its way. It’s now mid July and nothing has arrived. Thankfully I have managed to do a chargeback from my bank, so I have my money back. Don’t order from them. They have disappeared from Facebook but still advertising on their website. AVOID. SCAMMERS!

Not at all happy.
Placed an order in March 2026 and am still waiting. Tracking number isn't valid anymore. The company told me to be patient they had a lot of orders and the item was in transit. Still hasn't arrived. I asked for a refund at the end of May and have not got any response.
I would not order anything from this company.

I have emailed and sent a message regarding my order which was back in April. I still haven't recieved it. Nobody has got back to me, the order number when I track the item either doesn't exist or it will come up on its way. Not very happy which is a shame as really wanted the item.

I ordered a Jacket end of February, delivery was supposed to be 2 to 3 days, we were moving house and it didn't arrive I gave them my daughter s address where we were staying.First it was damaged in transit so they said a new one was being sent. Then we moved so gave new address.., still not arrived I ve e mailed again threatening lawyers and going to Watchdog, no answer.

TERRIBLE - ordered a jacket in Feb 26, still waiting for it in June 26. Emailed them a few times and they advised it was on the way until I asked for refund. Surprise, Surprise - no response. STAY AWAY from this site.

THIS COMPANY IS A 100% SCAM, The quality of the items is disgustingly low and certainly does not resemble what was advertised.
I have asked for a return & refund by email as that is what is stated on the website. I have sent 4 requests over a month and heard nothing in reply.
AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. throw your money in the bin as it will be a better feeling than dealing with this company. they get 1 star as I am not allowed to put minus 10 stars. please don't waste your time and money on this company.

The dungarees I bought are very poor quality material and the body is far too short so that the straps won’t go anywhere near my shoulders. I doubt they would fit anyone over five feet tall. I asked for a refund on 22 May. Have had no reply. Don’t buy from this firm. They’re scam merchants

I wouldn’t even give one star this is a scam they take the money but no goods, no communication no answers to emails DO NOT USE SCAMMERS

If I could give no stars then I would!!
The website did not give an accurate description of the fabric composition of the two shirts I ordered. When I received the shirts (1st May) I realised that they were made of a highly synthetic fabric which had no place in my life. (They had been described as 'soft fabric').
I immediately contacted Amarieco and told them that I wanted to return the shirts and receive a full refund.
There was a lot of procrastination as they offered me first 20% then 30% then 40% off to keep the shirts which would "allow(s) you to receive a higher refund immediately without needing to arrange a return."
Next they said that I could return the items and receive a full refund, but failed to send me their address - three times. Their address in nowhere to be seen on their website. A flash of inspiration - I looked at the original parcel which had a return address on it. I returned the items Tracked and Signed For and it arrived safely on Monday 11th May.
I was told that they would deal with this urgently. Since then I have sent (at least) five emails and heard nothing back.
I must have sent over twenty emails since my original order and spent many hours of my life thinking about these ***** shirts and that ****** company.
I have never experienced such appalling customer service, all the while being told that they "sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment caused."
I do not know what to do now as I feel that I am being totally ignored and I have paid over £50 for two shirts which I have bought and returned to them in good faith. I just want a refund.
I would warn anyone never to buy anything from this company. Tell all your friends too!!!!!!

This is a scam company, do not buy from them. They dont respond and I am now having to go down the route of getting my money back.

Don’t use this company. I have waited since 24th March for a delivery which failed to arrive, I have requested a refund neither have been received to date 12May

Ordered on March 2026 and have still not received my item. Did not respond to emails, then eventually replied, each time asking for my patience and understanding while they look into it-which they never do. Have asked for a refund twice but not been actioned - will be going to my bank and reporting them to trading standards. Do NOT use.

The items ordered are nothing like what I ordered. It's cheap temu like clothing from China at much higher cost. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING, to avoid disappointment.

No goods received, no tracking, not wanting to refund.

Please do not use this company. I ordered a coat back in March, never received it. Had email saying they had sent me another but that never arrived. Ended up going through my credit card company to get a refund and reporting to trading standards.
