The sheet quite literally took inflammation out of my body. I do not wake up in pain anymore.

I asked about the return procedure, they have a 30 day return policy. I was ignored for 2 days, then they asked for a reason for the return and a picture. Then they offer a 25%discount on the original purchase. Just wasting time in my book, the package was never opened. Why they want a picture to run past a department is ridiculous. They have a 30 day return policy but are trying to make it more difficult than it needs to be.
I will never do business with this company again, in my opinion they are not an honest business. The package did not get delivered by usps, they jad someone drop it off and could have someone pick it up but won't. But I am willing to pay the postage to send it back. Be warned about them. I will not be purchasing anything else on line at all. The banks are making it easier for dishonest businesses to keep your money. I gave them 1 star because it doesn't go negative.

Ordered their sneakers, came looking more like water shoes than sneakers. Not a fan. They also clank every time I walked when I tried them on. Customer service is lacking as well, still trying to return them and get my money back and have to wait like a week for them to respond. Then they wanted to know what I did it like so I told them and had to wait another week for a response. Then when I asked for a return shipping label they said have to pay for the return shipping. Overall not happy!

Delivered to correct address and able to have upgraded dreams not like the previous boring ones and waking up with a dream smile.

So far my experience has been great. Less discomfort when it is on my bed. Only hard part is the price.

Was very excited about the sheets and grounding pad. The sheets are extremely rough to the touch. I contacted customer service and asked how do I do the return and they said that they will give me 25% back if I keep them. I said no I want to return them. They came back and said OK we will give you 50% off if you don’t return them. I said OK because by this time we had exchanged numerous emails, and this was getting annoying.. They said we will give you your refund in 7 to 10 business days and here we are way after that and multiple emails to customer service later with no response. Absolute terrible customer service. I’m going to file a claim with my credit card company to get the refund. This is absolutely ridiculous though. Overall I do not think that the sheets were good quality. The grounding pad is nice, but you could probably find a cheaper option elsewhere. Overall, based on the experience of trying to return this in their promise to refund me and not doing it and then completely go see me will never make me come back or recommend them.

I had been wanting to get this grounding set for quite a while. I’m sorry I took so long but I will tell you after the first three nights I slept very deep. I literally could hear myself sleeping and I actually had injured my right foot big toe and in my left hip I know I cracked it. I haven’t even gone to the doctor yet, but I know it is severely injured well on day number five I actually could see where the injury was and I could see the inflammation had left my body. My skin got lighter, which was amazing. I have increased energy. I fall asleep all the time like for a nap and I never take naps so I have to really watch that because the products are so amazing and they work you will not be remiss in purchasing them.

I purchased the grounding sheet out of desperation that it might give me a better sleep but it's not really true. Now I wanted to return the product and ask for my refund but instead i have to pay for $30 restocking fee and pay the shipping . That is not worth returning. I was not aware about such hidden cost.

We've only had our sheet on for a few nights, but we both feel we're sleeping better. I'll have to post again later to make sure we're not experiencing a placebo effect, but our initial impressions are very positive.

The company is very responsive and shipped promptly. I had a few questions and they were answered quickly and courteously.

BEWARE! This is a scam. I bought a sheet & pillow case for $250. Product is cheap and does NOT work. I am trying to get my money back. The phone number has been disconnected. They won’t reply to emails requesting a refund. Stay away from these scammers!!!

I canceled order numbers 270256, 270261, and 270282 for a queen sheet ($170) and two pillowcases ($84). We agreed to a 50% discount to keep the items. I received a partial refund of $39.96 for the pillowcases. However, I have not received the 50% discount for the queen sheet. I am amazed the discount wasn't applied to the sheet. The refund process should be immediate and not sporadic.
Your company should provide telephone numbers for online orders.

Quick delivery, true to size, reliable

Product information was easily available and ordering was easy. Shipping and delivery wereremarkably fast. I’m actually surprised but I am actually sleeping more deeply and longer, and I’ve always been a dreamer but I may even be dreaming more. Or remembering more. I’m about to order a pillowcase to go with the sheet. Thank you.

I've been using the sheets about two months. They have helped improve my sleep quality which helps me get through the day. Sometimes I have even overslept. I couldn't say if it's helped with chronic pain as yet.

I have used the grounding sheet for about 2 weeks, I wake up with minimal joint pain. My husband reports he sleeps all night.

So far everything has been pretty good I've noticed some changes in my body but it's still too early to give it a full rating.
