I had been wanting to get this grounding set for quite a while. I’m sorry I took so long but I will tell you after the first three nights I slept very deep. I literally could hear myself sleeping and I actually had injured my right foot big toe and in my left hip I know I cracked it. I haven’t even gone to the doctor yet, but I know it is severely injured well on day number five I actually could see where the injury was and I could see the inflammation had left my body.
