The delivery and the after service was Fantastic and really easy to do business with. I would recommend this product to anyone. My wife is disabled and she has found this to make her life a lot easier.

Complete lack of integrity. Contact them about a vacuum that broke within less than 12 months of buying it and get a response that if I leave a four or five star review, then they’ll send me the replacement part but not until I leave that review. what a complete lack of integrity I’d rather not be associated with anything like that and instead of standing behind their product they hold you hostage to give them a better review before you get the replacement part.

Terrible customer service! They do not respond to emails, except when trying to sell you something. I am sooooooo very relieved I found out about their bad customer service and managed to cancel my order. It seems crazy to me to have such contempt for customers. I imagine they have lost a lot of potential customers by their terrible reviews. One of the worst companies I have dealt with in a long time.

Lovely light and easy to use. So far so good.

So my decision was between this and the Dyson and I’m so glad I chose the x7 bc the suction is far superior and the price is a quarter of the cost! Great job will be purchasing more in the future!

Bad - sent wrong attachment with original order. Customer service only through email, so takes more time to communicate.

Good - customer service received was timely, clear and excellent in my opinion to that regard. Robot and stick vacuum work very well given price and have not had any issues!

Overall - 5 stars had I not received the wrong part.

Having used another major brand stick vacuum this one stands out on so many levels. The fact it stands alone is a huge plus, the amount of time the battery lasts is far better and the pick up way exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this product, it’s a definite 5*

I had problems almost immediately with my vacuums battery life and then it stopped working and after putting a review on this site Danny approached me to tell me that he was trying to refund me and that it would be easier to do so if I took down my negative review (is this a form of blackmail?). I explained that if the issue got resolved I would adjust the review and I have now once again been ignored. This is not a good company.

I returned my Honiture due to change of mind.

Waiting patiently for my refund. Response has been quickly up to now.

I have owned a honiture chargeable hoover for 8 months. Sadly I noticed that it wasn’t cleaning properly and that the hose had a split in it. I emailed honiture on their help line and after many attempts they replied saying that if I give them a 5* review in trustpilot they would replace the faulty item. I replied saying I would review after I received a replacement but unfortunately I have not heard anything back from the company. I have emailed them many times but have had no response. I now intend to take my complaint further. No other contact details are available for this company other than their so called helpline.

Love this vacuum! Definitely buying as Christmas gifts for the family.

I received the X7 Vacuum and it had a faulty battery, it didn't work. I emailed customer service and they are sending me a new battery. They contacted me within 24 hours of my email and worked with me on my issues. 100% solved ❤️

I had an issue with my vacuum canister and the helpline assisted me quickly and now my vacuum works perfectly!
