Love our new SC10!
We've had an SC02 for several years and we had above and beyond service from Meowant, so when we got a chance to pick up an SC10 at a special price, we jumped at it.
The cats jumped right in! They like the open bed of litter more than crawling in to a drum. This unit is easier to fill and clean than our original rotating tub version. The smart phone interface is nifty and useful. Getting the plastic liner positioned correctly takes a few tries, but once you get the hang of it --- easy.
Several years ago my mind said, "That much money for a litter box!?" Now I say, if this one breaks after a few years, we're getting another one -- this is essential in our home!

No Customer Service
I have emailed multiple times for assistance with the MW-SC09 that I purchased this week and no one will answer or help me. The unit will not power on. I trailed to email from their website and you cannot submit the email due to the "Quiz" you must answer continually asking you to submit or verify you are human.

I am giving this only an average 3 star review becasue shiping was aweful. In Todays world of things sometimes arriving the next day although this is unique to amazon I think approximately a week is a resonable expectation to be happy about. this took like a month. And that was bad enough but there was no reliable tracking which at one point had me worried I been scammed... But I think they just had a supply glitch. I was promptly notified when they knew they could deliver and then tracking was fine... As far as the actual Product. I've only had it 2 days. But it looks great. so far works great... has wi-fi connection telling me my cats activity so as of a 2 day user I'd recommend it for its performance and look... it's definly nicer for the larger liter tray... I had a smaller one this is replacing and becasue of its size the cats going #1 would splatter litter against the walls and it would dry like that... My cat use this Meowant from day one and has used it 4 times according to the app and I can't tell he was even in there the litter respreads so evenly after dumping... with no sprayed walls... 5 * on the product... the shipping might of just been a supply chain thing I got caught in

When there is a problem the is only an email to address issues. No customer care phone number and just the same email no matter my response
Updated after leaving review meowant did respond to one of my emails not with we see you didn't get what you paid for but to tell me to check to see if FedEx lift it in surrounding area . As to suggest I go door to door throughout the city looking for it. Don't expect any help from this company. The answer I should have received from them should have been we are sorry and are filling a claim with delivery company and shipping a replacement right away but no they want me to search throughout the neighborhood look for it

Too soon to evaluate
Arrived late box had big tear fortunately it didn’t hurt product took awhile to set up my cats haven’t tried it still sniffing and figuring it out. Hopefully they will use it to save my bending over twice a day as I am 85. My cats ate Maine Coon Siberian and needed a large box. I hope it works for them and me.
