Frame is bent, was hoping I could adjust over time but it’s not square. Return costs don’t justify returning it. I wouldn’t recommend.

I have never been so disappointed!!
Having previously ordered from this company last year I decided to buy myself a pair as the glasses are of good quality. I ordered on 24th June and did not receive..PayPal chased for me and I was assured that the order would be sent on 9th July.. still nothing. PayPal have seen through them and refunded me..I will not order from them again. I had an account with em and they never answered my emails..extremely poor customer service😢

Great glasses, quality all the way and great communication and speedy delivery. Will be definitely buying more! Just absolutely love them.

I ordered two pairs of sunglasses on one of their amazing deals. They arrived really quickly considering I was ordering to the UK. Unfortunately one of the pairs arrived slightly damaged. One email to customer services and no questions asked, a new pair were dispatched the same day.

The first question, What makes this company great ? That's easy , an original product , great quality, great support, personalised service. Knowing your supporting a company that's outside of the mainstream and wearing sunglasses that few people have is a buzz . I have two addictions , sunglasses and watches , so when are you guys going to make watches to match ? Seriously though I'm very happy I heard of WMP

I love these sunglasses. I now have 3 pairs. Great styles, great quality and colours. Not overly expensive and they arrive in good time. I’d highly recommend this company.

I’m disappointed with the quality and customer service from this eyewear company. My last two pairs of sunglasses have had the exact same issue: a screw fell out of the hinge, causing the hinge to come apart. One pair was purchased less than a year ago, and the other may have been purchased around a similar timeframe.
I initially reached out to the company to see if they could simply send me a couple of replacement screws, since this seemed like a small and reasonable fix. I never received a response. I followed up through their warranty form and was told that my sunglasses were no longer covered under warranty, but they offered me 30% off a future purchase.
I find that response disappointing, especially considering this is not an isolated issue. It has happened with both of my most recent pairs of sunglasses. A hinge screw falling out on two separate pairs raises concerns about the durability and quality of the product. Offering a discount on another purchase does not really address the underlying problem. I expected better quality and better customer support from a company selling eyewear at this price point.

Thanks for the reply, but I want to point out an inconsistency in your response. You're telling me this is "standard wear and tear" and not a defect, while at the same time announcing that you're upgrading the hinge screws across all of your products. Those two things can't both be true. If the current screws were performing as intended, there would be no reason to redesign them. The fact that you're making this change is effectively an admission that the existing screws are not adequate.

I've worn sunglasses for over 20 (adult life) years and have never had a screw back out and a hinge come apart, let alone on two separate pairs from the same company. That's not normal wear and tear, that's a component or manufacturing issue.

A 30% discount on a future purchase doesn't address the problem. I'm asking that you repair or replace the pairs I already own, given that you've acknowledged the screws needed upgrading in the first place. Please let me know how we can move forward with that.

Very high quality sunglasses for a reasonable price. Feels like a personal experience. I’ve now bought 3 pairs and I usually struggle to get them to fit my smaller face but these are all perfect .

I ordered the Tate Light Crystal Brown sunglasses. I love how light they are and also the fit. The lenses are excellent, just what i need as i have an eye condition that makes me sensitive to light and need to be protected from UVA and UVB…..more of an excuse to wear my lovely glasses. I have been complimented on them, so i would definately recommend them to everyone. Another lovely bonus is that with every sale, they make a donation to help injured animals. That shows the level of care that is in their products and their ethos.

Ordered 29th June and they arrived today 7th July to the UK, fantastic. Very pleased with these sunglasses, frames are solid, look great and the lenses are superb. I will definitely order again. Thank you.

All of my sunglasses are Rayban or prescription, wanted a pair of cream clear frames, Rayban doesn’t do them with gradient lenses. Seen a few pairs but cheaper makes,took a gamble when I saw the baker polarised. Turned up well packaged and so glad I bought them. Perfect fit to my face , just picking them up you know quality, the resistance in the hinges , the detailing on the arms , if these had a designer label you’d be paying triple the price. Very happy with my purchase

They don't make it clear about returning an item when in the UK. They want you to pay and post it to get back to the USA. They don't have a good return or exchange system in place for the UK customers. All they want to offer is 30% if I buy a new pair..... I have 4 pairs but I don't think I will re order again now. Its put me right off. There is lots of other companies around

I've just received my second pair of sunglasses in the UK. Quick delivery and packaged nicely. The glasses are so chic and are very well made. I have nothing negative to say!

Spectacular. Im so pleased with these beautifully made tate polarised sunglasses, the lenses are faultless, the fit is so good, lightweight and expensive looking, bang on trend. They were well packed and with fast delivery, highly recommended, i will definitely buy from the co. again.
