Rediculous service. Thankful the sellers of our house and our mortgage advise picked up the slack. Roxanne and Kirsty could send the correct documents with the correct dates even when we had them. Couldn’t do basic Maths and claimed on 3 occasions that the numbers don’t alway add up on the mortgage forms. Lied to constantly and told lies to the sellers to slow the process. All in all an absolute joke. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I went along to the Diamond factory to look for my now fiancé engagement ring. Having not known anything about diamonds, rings or any of this I was in the dark. After walking up and down Hatton garden, having every pushy sales person fly out of their stores to go for the hard sale, I was a little of put off and over whelmed.

When I got to the Diamond Factory however I was greeted at reception by Eva Csillag. After sitting down with Eva things became very clear and less daunting. Not only was she a very sweet and caring person she is extremely professional with thorough knowledge that really puts you at ease making this a exciting experience. To start with she took me through the 4c's of diamonds, bands and metals. Explaining things clear and simple. Thanks to her help I was able to decide on the perfect ring (after a few visits) and felt I was in safe hands. She regularly kept me updated at every stage and took interest in my proposal plans, even suggesting ways to do it.

The ring arrived exactly when they said it would and was better than I could've imagined. After I had proposed, my fiancé and I went back for a size alteration where we were greeted by Eva in reception. she was very please to meet my fiancé that she had worked so hard for and proceeded in correcting my mistake on the ring size. She made a good suggestion to us about a replica ring for such occasions as holidays and activities which is something we had not considered.

For anyone looking to buy diamonds, I couldn't recommend this company enough. Eva herself was so helpful with her knowledge and personality that you'll struggle to find anyone better. Thank you Diamond Factory and Thank you most of all Eva.
