Burn your money rather than give it to them .you will get more value in the few seconds of heat from the fire , than any rubbish you buy from this so called company. Avoid like the plague!

Pessimo acquisto. Anche io dopo averlo indossato in piscina ho iniziato ad avere problemi e quando mi sono rivolta all'assistenza mi hanno risposto che era colpa mia nel senso che ne avevo fatto un cattivo utilizzo perché non avrei dovuto attivarlo mentre ero in acqua ma avrei dovuto attivarlo prima di entrare e disattivarlo una volta uscita e asciugato. Domanda: secondo voi come faccio a tracciare il reale allenamento se devo preoccuparmi di come accendere e come spegnere lo SmartWatch per non ossidarlo? Uno SmartWatch che è pubblicizzato come adatto per andare in acqua non penso debba avere certi problemi all'accensione allo spegnimento. Ciarlatani, truffatori, ladri in malafede. Oltretutto nel sito non danno neppure la possibilità di inserire delle recensioni per cui quelle che si vedono sono probabilmente fasulle. Da ultimo, rinnovano questa truffa di anno in anno perché il sito dove ho trovato la classifica miglior SmartWatch del 2025 l'ho ritrovata identica nel 2026. Evitatelo!

Brought a smartwatch from Amazon from Seokda and the firmware is completely bugged so it can't track any sports accurately via the Gloryfitpro app - which is the only app able to be used with this watch- meaning it's completely useless as a sports watch. Requesting a refund via Amazon at present.

I placed an order for a $200 air purifier and was sent a "$15" portable. Huge scam. Avoid this crappy company. No refund or replacement options.

This company is definitely a scam. I purchased a smartwatch in July and had to wait quite some time for it to arrive. Shortly after receiving it, I noticed that it was not tracking my steps accurately.

To verify the issue, I compared the smartwatch's readings with a separate pedometer over an extended period. The results were consistently and significantly different. I have spent weeks corresponding with the company and providing comparison data, but they continue to insist that the discrepancies are "normal."

Despite claiming there is nothing wrong with the watch, they offered me a 15% refund. If the product is functioning correctly, why offer any refund at all? I declined the offer because I believe I am entitled to a full refund for a faulty product.

I am now forced to purchase another smartwatch from a different provider. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others not to buy from this company.

Mi sono fidato anche io dalle fantomatiche recensioni del web. Bagno in piscina ed è morto l’orologio.. neanche quelli per i bambini sono fatti cosi male. Costa poco è vero.. ma ve lo sconsiglio vivamente.. sono soldi buttati. Ps: ho scritto anche all’assistenza.. han risposto che loro non sistemano i loro orologi..

Don't be stupid and ordered anything from them. I ordered electronic shaver and got i Don't know what i broken box and can't be charging. Temu is 100 times better than those guys

Mi sono fidato del giudizio apparentemente sincero di un imbroglione che sul web diceva meraviglie di questo orologio. Al primo bagno è irrimediabilmente morto. Non tuffo, non immersione, bagno. Nonostante fosse scritto che reggeva fino a 5 atmosfere (50 metri sotto). Insomma, un imbroglio. Voglio solo dirlo a tutti, tanto nè rimborso nè i soldi li rivedrò mai....

I bought a watch and the quality was terrible so I sent it back exactly the way I was told to by the company but funny the item went missing when it arrived back in china, zero money was refunded and it also cost me the amount of $75 to send it back recorded delivery. With a total loss of over $370 total loss absolute crocks and shouldn’t be allowed to do business!!

wanted to return it for refund - they refused offered me 10% back to keep it
told them I still wanted my money back were going to charge 25% restocking fee - offered me 20% back
Never got to send it back and never got any kind of refund - company is a scam

de klantendienst heeft me 6 maanden aan het lijntje gehouden door me telkens opnieuw domme niet relevante vragen te stellen over het probleem dat zich met het toestel voordeed
uiteindelijk kreeg ik na 6 maanden het antwoord dat de fout niet onder garantie valt en dat ik 30% korting krijg indien ik van hen een nieuw toestel zou kopen. echte oplichterij.
de koptelefoon werd door hen verkocht als een toestel om te sporten waarmee zelfs mocht gezwommen worden.
Nu blijkt dat het defect veroorzaakt werd door transparantie en schocken tgv hardlopen. waar het toestel volgens hen niet tegen kan en dus buiten verzekering valt.
Probeer me dat eens uit te leggen voor een toestel dat verkocht wordt om mee te sporten.
zeer slechte kwaliteit, zeer slechte service.

The watch is good and a great price however the watch's warranty is voided if you wear it in the shower or in any water that is deemed ‘hot’. Also if the watch does stop working they will not replace and say it’s water damaged at users fault. BE WARNED if you purchase this watch

Immediately after I saw the reviews I cancelled my order probably 1 hour after buying it on Amazon. It took Sekoda three days to respond and I’m still waiting on getting reimbursed.

The video doorbell chime wouldn't stop ringing. I had to keep it unplugged. Customer service had me send a video and because the chime "worked" they determined nothing was wrong. If it never stops ringing, how is that correct?

I unplugged it so it was then just a video camera and the doorbell just wouldn't ring. After a few months even the video stopped working. I threw it away. Waste of money.

Shame we cannot give zero stars…… my biggest mistake was not coming here before I bought. What an absolute piece of c..p. Got a message back from them as I wanted to return. They are based in Hong Kong and shipping is borne by you! It costs more to return than the actual watch is worth! Oh they did say if I keep the watch they will give me 3% of purchase price. Not holding my breath at all. Came across this piece on a reputable social media site. As this is a scam I’m surprised they were not double checked before allowing them to advertise’ Avoid at all costs do not be dragged in

6months after purchase (NZ$260), non stop flashing, unusable smartwatch. I got 1 email from them asking for video of watch. No response since. Shite service for shite product

Rebranding cheap Chinese produced that you can find on Chinese marketplace websites at inflated prices claiming it's their own product. Then when it goes wrong they will NOT repay/resolve.

Got smart sports watch for birthday. Within 3 weeks stopped working. Contacted company for them to do everything in their power to avoid suggesting there was any valid warranty claim. Offered 10% discount on their website then 30%

The watch in temu is £40 they were advertising it reduced from £180 to £130. Then when it went wrong they said it wasn't designed for basic every day use conditions. Can't take a shower, can't use it for sports as sweat will break it, can't knock it, can't use it in hot conditions etc etc. basically a active sports watch that you can't be active with. They are now not responding.
