The experience at the testing site was excellent. The member of the team was very kind. However, there has been a significant wait and the turnaround time now published did not appear to be the one I was initially aware of when making the booking. I have made several attempts to contact the customer service team by email that have not been answered, despite the online chat AI 'bot' advising me that this is a suitable course of action (after checking emails, spam, and the health dashboard through login, they advise that I should have received results by now). I had anticipated that turnaround times would be a 'maximum', but one of these has already been exceeded by 3 days, and the remaining are being awaited. This is difficult, as a premium is paid to have a venous sample and a blood test panel, and it is disappointing that this company appear quite significantly delayed, in my case, in reporting results. It is very disappointing to see that the customer services team are investing effort into responding to reviews on Trustpilot, whilst their response to me appears, at least, to be much delayed alongside the reporting of tests.

Our initial experience was highly satisfactory, particularly with the exceptional customer service provided at the Exeter center. However, our subsequent appointment was unfortunately canceled on the scheduled day due to unforeseen circumstances, and we were advised to reschedule at the Exeter center. As we required a blood test on the same day, we were compelled to book an appointment with the Plymouth clinic, which was not our preferred option, resulting in an inconvenience on the day of the appointment.

The testing was easy to do and the results came very quickly after I had returned the samples to the laboratory. I would use these services again

First of all I couldn’t put all my medical records into the on line form. Every time I put something in and tried to put another one, it would only allow the first one.
This meant that when I spoke to the doctor she didn’t have my medical record complete.
I couldn’t understand her as she spoke very quickly and in distinctly.
My appointment lasted only 10 minutes or so. Very expensive for £59!
The email report of the appointment was brief.
I really didn’t think she was given all the details about me and I felt she was in a hurry.

I paid for a testosterone blood test and paid extra £15 for a tasso device to withdraw the blood, the instructions clearly stated watch the blood fill the test-tube using a mirror as necessary, however the test-tube was completely covered by a label, I meticulously followed the instructions and sent the sample back but had no way of seeing if there was enough blood. Subsequently they rejected the sample for insufficient blood and now require me to pay again for another device or pay another £29 to visit a clinic, this is not what I signed up for and there collection device did not work, unless you want to waste your money do not use this company or the tasso device they sell
Update- they refunded me as I advised I was doing a call back on my card -The review response says it all, I followed all the instructions save watching through mirror as the label totally covered the tube, there is a plastic bag to safely store the test tube so the label should go on that so you can see in the tube, they need to review the process
