I saw Sally at the Sandford-on-Thames, Oxford clinic. Was easy to park, and her communication was great leading up to the appointment. It was a smooth process and pain-free.

So far so good
I attended a clinic in Aylsham Norfolk, as I could not get an earlier appointment anywhere else. Stephanie the nurse was absolutely brilliant. I felt so at home and I never felt a thing when she took the blood out of my arm. I even commented on this to her.
I did not realise that I had to post the sample myself but she did everything for me and told me that as I was going to Cromer afterwards to place it in the Post Office inside the CO-OP. This I did so that it caught the post that afternoon at collection time 5pm.
Warning - Do not allow too much time between posting as the blood will not be any good. I know this from other times I have had blood samples taken out of my arm
I now await my results which I expect to be with me within 14 days. I will update this note then. However at the moment, I cannot fault the process.
