ODT is extremely easy to use, book a blood test, then wait 24 hours and get the results. Brilliant service.

After booking easily online i arrived for bloods 15 mins early with no hesitation the lady taking my bloods just sat me down and away she went taking bloods. Everything was explained and as it was a Friday of a bank holiday weekend I wasn't expecting results until the following Tuesday but during the Saturday afternoon into late Saturday all my results were back and I was able to view them. Excellent service. Will be back for the next set in a few months.

I came across Onedaytests when I first started researching TRT and looking at the different options available to me in the UK. The pricing was clear and transparent, and regular blood tests to monitor my progress were included, so I knew from the beginning exactly what I was getting.

What has impressed me most, though, is the personal side of the service.My clinical pharmacist, Paul, has taken the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions and look at my individual needs.And continues to do so.

I’ve also been really impressed by how seamlessly everything works. Between Paul, the admin team, the blood-testing centre, the endocrinologist and getting my prescriptions, everything just seems to happen as it should without me having to chase things up or worry about what happens next.

I chose Onedaytests because they seemed straightforward, transparent and reasonably priced, but it’s the personal care and how easy they make the whole process, that has now replaced “did i make the right choice” with great peace of mind.

Having a blood test is fine.

Waiting for the results is very stressful though.

I was early for my blood draw but the lovely lady fitted me in anyway.

I visited the Chiswick branch quite late on the Friday before the bank holiday weekend as a walk in. I had tried to book online but there was a problem. The staff member was obviously thinking about finishing for the day but despite this was incredibly cheerful, helpful and thorough in seeing not only me but also another family member. A big thumbs up for her customer service and kindness.
The results arrived very quickly.

Very good! The person who did my blood test listened to me about how I wanted everything done as I am afraid of needles and she made sure to do it the way I needed! The results also came very quickly.

I had an excellent experience at One Day Tests in Oxford. The lady who took my bloods was excellent - kind, supportive and considerate. The test results arrived in the turnaround time of 24 hours. I took the Ultimate Performance test and I was so glad I did as I was able to understand why I was so tired (I was borderline anemia).
